Recently we have been looking for a suitable property in Harrow and Northolt area. We have arranged a few views from various agents in the area. Some turned up without knowing the owner is still at the residence and did not want to open the door. Some kept asking some personal and irrelevant/unnecessary questions even before we have viewed the property. James from Elliot Lee was the only person we found to be of very high standard, professional. He gave us plenty of relevant information in regards to the type of property we were looking for. James showed us a couple of property and kept following up whether we were happy with the property. James is a very professional in what he does and very punctual and customer oriented member of Elliot Lee Estate Agent. Thank you James.

We used ElliotLee after having an awful experience with a well known local agent, luckily for us the experience with ElliotLee was excellent. Having been on the market unsuccessfully for over 20 weeks James found us a buyer who was chain free and wanted to move quickly. Their sales progression team guided us through every step and kept us updated on progress regularly. Our buyer was committed from the start as they took out their mover management service which was peace of mind for us especially after what we had been through. One of the peopres agencies that I have had, I have 5 days without hot water, the agency asks me to become a member of a gymnasium to give me my shower, they have no respect. Whasing machine not working. Very few professionals change the contract conditions once signed, they do not have 24h assistance, they lie in their advertisements they sell a studio in harrow and this one is in watford. During the hiring they always contacted me at 6 in the afternoon and put pressure on me to do things, at 11am they don't answer the phone. The agent showed me rooms for which I had not applied and tried not to rent the room for which I applied. Pity agency, pity antencio, pity service.

I have more then 3 months since i left the property and i didn't receive my deposit back and nobody want to answer emails or phone anymore. I will never recommend this agency. Be careful with this agency

A frustrating and time-wasting experience While sounding very pleasant on the telephone , if you are a potential renter I would avoid dealing with anyone from this company. They seem keen to sign you up (so you're on their books and this looks good to potential landlords, presumably) but, if you want to know about a property they're not going to be much help. They don't seem to know the properties on their books and so can't answer your questions.

I understand you had reported a water pressure issue with the shower and the landlord was trying to resolve for you. I am not sure what your review is referring to with regards to we don't know the properties on our books when you rented through us. I wish you good luck with your future tenancies.

2nd Time Selling
