GoogleThe sales team did a fantastic job on selling my house particularly at such challenging times. I was kept up to date with viewings and feedback. They managed the sales processes through to the end and allowed me to complete in record time. An absolutely splendid service. Particular thanks to James who went above and beyond.

We used ElliotLee after having an awful experience with a well known local agent, luckily for us the experience with ElliotLee was excellent. Having been on the market unsuccessfully for over 20 weeks James found us a buyer who was chain free and wanted to move quickly. Their sales progression team guided us through every step of the way and kept us updated regularly. Our buyer was committed from the start as they took out their mover management service which was peace of mind for us especially after what we had been through. We cannot recommend James and his team enough. Margaret and Norman

GoogleTerrible experience. Looked like nice agency from the beggining, but after contract was signed and money paid everything changed. Property management useless, breaking their own rules and deadlines, ignoring health and safety warnings and have no power over landlord in any situation. Had electric shower broken for 2 weeks, while landlord was sending different contractors looking for cheapest option, meantime property manager advised to use a BUCKET to heat the water, ridicilous thing to hear when you paying £1500 rent. Finally new shower was installed, but engineer issued written warning report that electrical inspection required due to wrong safety devices installed in the consumer unit, which was completely ignored by landlord and agency. Other minor issues took ages to sort out, with plenty emails and phone calls. Check out process and returning of deposit took two months.

GoogleJames from ElliotLee in Rayners Lane has been very helpful throughout the purchase of our new home. His explanations were very clear and he listened to the type of house we wanted, he respected our views and confirmed our sale in a very professional manner. James ensured that he kept us all up to date if any changes occured and maintained a friendly but efficent approach. 100% would recommend. Thank you all.

GoogleOne of the peopres agencies that I have had, I have 5 days without hot water, the agency asks me to become a member of a gymnasium to give me my shower, they have no respect. Whasing machine not working. Very few professionals change the contract conditions once signed, they do not have 24h assistance, they lie in their advertisements they sell a studio in harrow and this one is in watford. During the hiring they always contacted me at 6 in the afternoon and put pressure on me to do things, at 11am they don't answer the phone. The agent showed me rooms for which I had not applied and tried not to rent the room for which I applied. Pity agency, pity antencio, pity service.
