GoogleI can highly recommend Brian at Davis Tate, he didn't sell my property however I did purchase from them. He remained professional and upfront throught the process which at times was difficult and he still managed to maintain his sense of humour, friendliness and integrity throughout. Thank you to all involved Jan Marks

GoogleWould recommend 100%! It took a year to sell and find a house, over which time Brian and Kelly worked tirelessly to secure both a buyer for ours and secure the house that we wanted. They were always in contact with us and were proactive in getting a very long chain to completion. Many thanks to all the team.

GoogleCompared on-line and local Estate Agents before putting the house up for sale, the price of the local agent was more but still competitive in the market place. Davis Tate had a team big enough to accompany most viewings and small enough to know the property. The deal was sealed by the Davis Tate knowing the seller and buyer helping them to negotiate an agreed price.
Hi Peter, thank you for your positive review, we are delighted you were happy with the service from our team in Burghfield Common!

GoogleKelly was lovely to deal with throughout the process and really helped us to navigate our first house buy. She communicated everything and even went to extra lengths driving our vendor to get paperwork signed when they broke their leg! The whole team were very pleasant and were always happy to answer any questions we had whenever I called in. Lovely bunch and hopefully we will bump into them once we have moved into burgfield.

GoogleBrian and Kelly were fantastic throughout the sale of our property, from valuation through to completion I cannot fault their service. They worked incredibly hard to get us the right potential buyers through the door and even harder to keep our chain ticking along to a tight time schedule we set that was being squeezed by the solicitors. I can't thank them enough for all they done.

GoogleSale of property By: 'Terry and Joan Palmer' Jan 27,2019 Branch: Burghfield Common, Glendale House Reading Road Sales (as a Vendor) Postcode: RG7 We Found the process of selling our property made so much easier thanks to the professional, friendly approach used by Brian and Kelly. We received regular updates of what was happening with our sale. We have to give Kelly a special thank you she was excellent. We would definitely recommend this branch of estate agents to sell your property. Brian has an excellent team at Davis Tate, Burghfield Office.

Kelly's attention to detail, communicative and interpersonal skills are absolutely faultless. I would highly recommend Davis Tate and Kelly as such a fantastic employee! Throughout times of turbulence Kelly was able to stabilise any situation, mediate between numerous parties and keep the process moving. A credit to Davis Tate.

GoogleAs first time buyers, Kelly made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. From our first viewing to our numerous questions along the way she has been prompt and friendly. Having been in contact with some more unhelpful estate agents in other areas we would recommend using Davis Tate in Burghfield, the whole process was smooth and always communicative. Thank you Kelly!
Hi Chloe, thank you very much for your positive review - we are delighted you felt our service stood out against other agents. Best wishes, Davis Tate

GoogleJust sold through Davis Tate and cannot fault them. If it wasn't for Kelly and the team's commitment to getting us over the finish line I don't think it would have happened. Excellent communication, great at keeping the chain together and informed throughout. I have used all three local Estate agents and Davis Tate is by far the best. Thank you!! The Largeys

GoogleDavis Tate helped us to find our dream home. Brian and Kelly were awesome and were always available to answer queries, and helped to ensure a smooth moving process, keeping the chain together when there were difficulties and there was always great communication. A very friendly and professional service. We 100% recommend.

GoogleThis is the 3rd time we have used Brian at Davis Tate & on each occasion he has sold our property quickly & efficiently - this time was the longest at 5 weeks which in the current market was pretty good. He priced the property realistically & was honest from the start about the market conditions. Once we had secured a buyer Kelly managed the process & without her tenacity I am not sure that I would be sat here in my new property today. She dealt with some very difficult conveyancing companies at the bottom of the chain, yet still managed to keep professional & most importantly her sense of humour. Well done again Brian & Kelly for assisting us to realise our dream of a house by the sea.
