GoogleFantastic experience selling my house with Sallie and Francesca at Davis Tate. I tried two other local estate agents before going with Davis Tate and found the Davis Tate service top notch. The other estate agents gave a lip service experience, but Davis Tate are the real deal: very good listeners, effective marketers and superb communicators. I felt confident at all stages of the process. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell their home in the area.

GoogleAfter reading the positive reviews here and on my local Facebook group, I instructed Lee Russell at Davis Tate Woodley to sell my late wife's bungalow. What a great service - his local knowledge is second to none and his communication is top drawer. On top of that he's a nice bloke. At every step of the way I felt that Lee was in control of a potentially tricky sale, and he kept me updated at all times. He's been in the business a long time, so his experience and advice was also invaluable. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

GoogleProbate sale handled by Lee Russell during summer 2024 into Feb 2025. He was recommended by friends who had recently sold through him. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Clear, well evidenced valuation and we sold at asking price. Once underway all comms via WhatsApp which was easy and hassle free. Not a straightforward sale, with a couple of odd wannabe buyers that might have wasted our time a lot more than they did had Lee not recognised the signs and advised us accordingly. He worked his socks off and managed the chain like a Rottweiler to a timely completion date. Can recommend him without hesitation and at 61 I’ve moved a few times and had both good and very average service in the past. Best agent by far. Make your life easy and also use Alexa McQueen solicitors in Henley for your conveyancing. Together they were a top double act.

Lee has been exceptionally knowledgeable of the local market, has had fantastic advice for me the whole way through the process and has been a great and fast communicator - he has replied to messages outside what would be deemed working hours. He has been very honest and pragmatic with me and extremely professional throughout. Lee has had to deal with a lot of challenges caused by an uncaring tenant and mismanagement by a letting agent and he has done so with humour and grace. I could not recommend his services highly enough.

GoogleI chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. He handled any hiccups in the chain promptly and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and connections. Lee is a straightforward and honest guy (which is not always the case with estate agents...) and an absolute grafter. Would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thanks Lee!!

GoogleWe have had such a great experience purchasing our first home with Lee. His communication is second to none, he was able to answer any questions we had, he was happy to liaise with solicitors and the sellers on our behalf and was always happy to come back to us quickly. We were not pressured to use his recommendations however we did go for a solicitor he recommended to us and our sale was completed within 3/4 weeks from offer! The process has been absolutely seamless and we have been so impressed with the service provided by Lee (we would actually rate higher than 5* if we could!)

He's good at responding timely to emails, answers any queries, is approachable, friendly and does his best to keep things moving forward to help the process speed along to completion. Lee recommended a solicitor who he works closely with and due to their great working relationship my purchase was stress free and a very happy experience.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling our home with Lee Russel from Davis Tate Woodley. From start to finish, Lee was brilliant, always on top of communication and incredibly supportive throughout what turned out to be a not-so-straightforward process. Although our sale moved quickly, there were a few bumps along the way, and Lee was instrumental in helping us make the right decisions. He helped us steer clear of a few questionable buyers while always being respectful, honest, and transparent with us. Where Lee really shone was after our offer was accepted. We had a very tight deadline to complete before the stamp duty holiday ended, and to be honest, most people didn’t think we’d make it. It was a short chain, just us selling and buying, and no onward chain on either end. But thanks to Lee, we pulled it off! He went above and beyond, chasing solicitors, coordinating everyone involved, and even contacting the Land Registry himself to move things along on our purchase (which wasn't even part of his job). His persistence and professionalism were the reason we managed to complete on time. It’s a real shame we’ve moved out of the area because if we ever move again, Lee would absolutely be our first choice. Highly recommend!

Easy and clear communication, a ‘get things moving’ and ‘keep things simple’ attitude. I will also say he handled a sensitive situation with care, patience and attention which we really appreciated. Especially Misha & Dom were really helpful in terms of scheduling the property viewing and application process where eventually i was able to secure the tenancyn!
