Exceptional service from start to finish , Andy recently sold for my partner and I after having some difficulties using another agent in the area. Andy and his team managed to sell our home in no time at all and got us completed within 6 weeks of sales agreed!! I would highly recommend.

I recently purchased a property with Davis Tate and I would thoroughly recommend their services. David Wrigley, the branch manager, was an exceptionally kind individual who helped me through my purchase in a very limited timeframe (due to my original house purchase falling through). He really listened to what I needed in my house purchase and gave me advice taking into account of my circumstances. Sarah from the team was also very helpful in finding a document that my solicitors needed out of her dedication to the job. I also really liked that they would send you a video tour of the house that you are interested in viewing before booking you onto a physical viewing (which started due to covid I believe) and that was really informative. Davis Tate in Didcot is a friendly, approachable, and communicative estate agent which delivered more than I could ask for. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I have just recently taken on a tenancy through Davis Tate in Henley on Thames, more specifically through Jenny King, assistant manager in the Henley branch. I have to say, as well as her professionalism, she was friendly, always helpful, and always with a smile on her face, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. In addition, I would add that without Jenny's management of the negotiations, securing this place would probably never have happened for me. Big thanks to you Jenny.

I have used Davis Tate for both the letting and then the sale of my parents house in Henley. They were professional throughout my four year association with them. Jason proactively managed the sale process and there is no doubt his timely interventions got the sale over the line. All good until you have to leave the house you rented and they keep more then half of the deposit for silly stuff!

What a fantastic service we received from Davis Tate in Didcot for our recent house sale. David Wrigley pulled out all the stops and regularly pushed the solicitors on both sides to ensure everything was kept on track. If David was never around, Matt Eason would pick up from where David left off - a real team effort. Would wholeheartedly recommend Davis Tate.

I found the office unwelcoming and smelt of fish! I was ignored when I entered which is ridiculous given the size of the office! Julie Norman was rude and unprofessional in both appearance and manner. I would never use this agent. Beville were much more welcoming
