All the staff have been helpful but in particular Jo Sutton has been instrumental in keeping things moving as smoothly as possible during the difficult period of lockdown. I decided to downsize from a 4 bedroom house in Wargrave to something much smaller in central Henley and having got a buyer for my house thought that I had found a suitable property. However, following a medical issue my requirements had to change to a property without stairs. I needed to make a fast decision, Jo Sutton of Davis Tate was the agent for the Laureate Gardens development and having looked at several different options I decided to buy one of the apartments. Jo and the Davis Tate team were very helpful and responsive to a fast track requirement to exchange contracts and continued to give very good support right up to and beyond completion. Within the course of two weeks I had inquired about and then moved into my first choice out of all the properties I had seen in Henley thanks to Davis Tate. This was primarily because of Jenny King, who was instrumental in expediting the moving process whilst responding immediately to any calls or emails whilst always being friendly. Davis Tate itself as an agency was always available for any questions and everyone was extremely nice (especially Emma who had to field most of my phone calls). We recently bought a property sold by David Tate. They were fantastic from start to finish. Ben helped keep all parties updated and I doubt we would have exchanged/completed when we did without him! He was amazing. When we next sell we will definitely be using Davis Tate.

We have just exchanged contracts for a house that has been sold by Davis Tate and we are really pleased how Ben and Thomas managed the whole process. Thomas did a fantastic job helping us secure the property and Ben gone above and beyond to to support us in the after sale process to ensure our chain moved forward. He communicated in time with us, our vendor, and the agents in our chain and respective solicitors and it was due to him that we could exchange contracts within 2 month of agreeing a sale on our property. Sadly I cannot say the same about our own Estate Agent. Thank you so much Ben for all of your help!

I found the office unwelcoming and smelt of fish! I was ignored when I entered which is ridiculous given the size of the office! Julie Norman was rude and unprofessional in both appearance and manner. I would never use this agent. Beville were much more welcoming
