GoogleI have nothing but positive words for David Tate, Burghfield Common. Having recently purchased a house through them, the team (Brian and Kelly) were exceptional throughout. Not only guiding me through the process and explaining steps in a clear manner (no question was a daft question), but displaying humanness and empathy when problems out of all of our control occurred. They maintained regular contact with me and most importantly were contactable whenever I needed them, and they were fun to talk too! Kelly became my 1st point of contact. On the rare occasions she wasn’t available to speak with (she’d still respond to emails on her days off mind!), Brian was a fabulous extension and seamlessly knew what was happening with the purchase. I highly recommend this fabulous team & branch for purchasing and selling. If we ever want to sell our new home, we would not hesitate for a second to come direct to them. Shout out to Teresa also for the beaming smile when she handed over my new keys on our tiresome move day. GoogleFor the second time in 4 years we have used Davis Tate in Wantage, this time to sell our home. We chose to use them again after the really positive experience first time round. We're really grateful for all the help Oliver Martin at Davis Tate has given us. He went well above and beyond his normal duties to help us, and for that we couldn't be happier. Everything was made clear to understand and we were guided through every process with great knowledge. So thank you to Oliver, and also Kirsty from Davis Tate for helping us move on once again to our new home. Will always highly recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Davis Tate Wantage. John was extremely professional to deal with throughout the process, always responsive to emails and calls dealing with various aspects such as liaising with solicitors etc. Our sale was particularly challenging due to our buyer and an underlying chain, but John worked extremely hard to drive the sale forward. It's difficult to find good agents but our experience as a seller couldn't have been more positive.

GoogleI have rented a two bedroom apartment with Davis Tate Abigdon for nearly a year now and as a tenant I am very happy with this agency. Although I have to leave the property to be nearer my university I would like to thank Warren Stein, who is my property manager, for being so efficient and patient with us when dealing with any problems I come up with, regardless of the circumstances which the UK and the world is facing at the moment. I highly recommend this agency as I am very happy with their services.

GoogleWe have just rented our house out through Davis Tate and found the whole process was super well organised. We received excellent support, especially from Geraldine Burgess, Jenny Turner & Jennifer King, who gave us great advice along the way, they clearly has excellent knowledge and experience of lettings and the rental market, which I believe was key to us achieving full asking rental income and that our house was also let so quickly.

GoogleHaving decided it was a great idea to try and move in the middle of a pandemic 😷 the team managed to over come some obstacles and get us moved. Kelly was amazing at getting the whole chain in check and getting it exchanged and completed in stressful circumstances....she didn’t stop and her communication throughout was brilliant! Kelly was right once you have moved in you forget about the stress and enjoy your new home 😊👍
