We chose Davis Tate for the sale of our property out of long list of agents because we felt their level of professionalism, reach and understanding of the property market in our area was competitive and we were not wrong. They provided excellent advice in preparation for the sale of our property and we sold in one day of viewings.
We've remained in the local area with our purchase and the team across the branches showed us a number of properties very well suited to our requirements - we were confident at this point that we would find our new home with Davis Tate which made the whole process feel very easy.
In the end the property we purchased was perfect and the team were very helpful in communicating with our vendor living abroad which again made what could have been a tricky process that much easier.

This was my first time renting a property and because of them, the whole process was made so straight forward. Dominic Gurden was who we were communicating with throughout us looking for a place to live, he also showed me around what will now be mine and my partners new home. He was extremely professional and talked me through all aspects of the house, without my asking. He broke down the process going forward for me, so that I had no worries or further questions, as he had answered everything. He was extremely clear and all that he said was factual. The process happened exactly how he said it would, I have not experienced this type of professionalism, communication, or knowledge from anywhere else and I had dealt with a lot of other estate agencies prior to finding Davis-Tate. At Davis-Tate they respond promptly to emails and phone calls, they are all very friendly and approachable and go above and beyond when you ask for their help, you can clearly see they all work so well as a team. I can honestly not fault them. We would like to say a huge thank you for making finding a property completely stress free. With everything else going on, this was a part of our lives that was made easy, and we have them to thank for that.
