GoogleDavis tate have been a good estate agent for managing our rental property in Henley. We have been with a few different branches, and have had consistently good service. Luke Ingram has however been the most proactive property manager, and has recently assisted with some minor repair work at the property. Thanks

GoogleWe've dealt with Davis Tate in 10 King's Road, Reading in the context of our search for a family home in Reading. The main point of contact was, so far, Mr. Tom Bassett. We've come to appreciate Tom's customer focus, attention to details and reliability - across quite a few touch points: from booking appointments to viewings. Tom has always been helpful, even confronted with nearly impossible schedule such as mine and my wife's; always following up on his commitments - and trying to come up with solutions that would benefit us, the potential buyers. When he himself was unable to meet us for a viewing, Tom would pull in a colleague from Davis Tate. We rate very highly Tom's professionalism and willingness to walk the extra mile in his attempt to help us find our next home (and, in the process, close another deal for Davis Tate).

GoogleOur property has been managed by Davis Tate for several years now and are very pleased with them. Our current Property Manager, Luke, has brought a new vital spirit to the team. We are pleased with the way he takes initiative, researches any problem at hand, and communicates the issue clearly with us.

GoogleI am writing this review on behalf of my sister who moved to her flat in Reading 3 years ago; we have been so impressed with the professional customer service and support from Davis Tate. From the very start, (Pandemic time) communications, via email or telephone have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Any small problems that may have occurred have always been followed up and resolved with a positive outcome. I have never felt undervalued, especially after meeting Luke Ingram our Property Manager who has dealt with an ongoing problem, in a friendly and reassuring manner. He arrived promptly and listened sympathetically. We are always kept in the picture, through the office team, landlord, property manager, I feel it is a three way process, and confident we shall be part of any decision.

GoogleWe bought our house in Didcot through Davis Tate. We dealt with Victoria, Matthew, Phil and Hope, and are very grateful for their expertise and amount of time given to visit properties. The lost star comes from the Financial Services company Davis Tate recommended to us: Embrace Financial Services. Maybe my Financial Advisor was overwhelmed at that time, but it resulted in 3 of my emails being overlooked, and some calls not being returned. Had one of those emails been opened at the time I sent it, my mortgage application would have been much more straightforward, less stressful, and I have no doubt the decision would have come earlier that it eventually did. When challenged, my financial advisor got quite defensive, but I'd argue attention to detail was clearly lacking ... Also, I dealt with 3 advisors in the space of a few weeks. So I would definitely not recommend using Embrace Financial Services.

GoogleI've been renting using David Tate for over a year now. We were looking to rent a property and were not in the country yet and David Tate were super helpful over the phone and through email communications. There was nothing hidden by them throughout the entire process. Once we had moved into the property our property manager, Alina Zigmantaviciute-Okechukvu, came around to visit and introduce herself to us incase we had any problems. We have had very few problems but when we did we could contact Alina and she had them resolved straight away. There was one time when we had a problem right as she was finishing her working day and she still resolved the problem for us straight away, and called a few days later to ensure that everything was fixed and back working again. I would highly recommend David Tate in Didcot. I have chatted with a few different members of staff here and they have all been super friendly and helpful

GoogleWe have leased our flat from Davis Tate for four years now and while we are happy with how issues with the flat are handled by them I have to say that when we had an urgent issue with our water heater and our assigned property manager was out ill Jessica stepped right in and went above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate getting the issue resolved, she also took it upon herself to help with an older outstanding issue (not related to Davis Tate) with the block managers to try and help us get some answers and accountability from them.
We appreciate hearing such positive feedback and we're glad that during your time with us you have such excellent service.

GoogleI've recently moved out my parents house and into my own place, with the help of Tristan and the rest of the team at the reading branch it's been a painless process, even after the papers were signed and everything was finished Tristan especially has been a Godsend with helping me with all my questions and queries, nothing is ever too much and he always responds, even if he doesn't have the answer he points me in the right direction. GoogleWe are just about to complete on the purchase of a house through Davis Tate in Pangbourne; and have to say that the levels of professionalism, understanding and attentiveness, demonstrated by Richard and his team, exceed those we have experienced with any other agent. They are a "traditional" local agency, in the best sense of the word; and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
