We dealt with Chrissie from start to finish who was absolutely brilliant, very helpful, friendly and did an amazing job of keeping us updated throughout the entire process, she was great at chasing solicitors and vendors when needed and made what could of been a very nerve racking experience, stress free and exciting throughout. GoogleI've just purchased my first house which was advertised through Davis Tate and the experience could not have been any better. Chrissie was excellent throughout - keeping me updated with everything going on and relentlessly chasing the solicitors in each part of the chain to ensure everything was kept on track. I'm sure a large reason for us completing on-time was because of her persistence and effort. I could not have asked for better service from them, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to all.

Every member of the team we spoke to was very kind, friendly and helpful - which was reassuring for us as first time buyers unaware of the process. Throughout the purchase the communication from the team was great, keeping us informed and helping progress things and keep up the momentum. Emma is easy to talk to and understands problems which can occur with a rented property. Emma responds to emails promptly and information is clearly given.

GoogleThe team at Davis Tate, and in particular Emma Durcan, have been extremely efficient in the letting of my central Henley apartment. Emma's highly professional approach to marketing and pricing meant that we received three offers at the asking price within a couple of days of advertising the property. Letting in 2023 is fraught with complications but Davis Tate have made the whole experience feel quite simple.
