GoogleWe sold through different agents, but bought through Reading Davis Tate. Charlie H was brilliant, both our estate agents and our lawyers were not good but Charlie's perseverance kept everything going. Charlie kept up momentum, all whilst being friendly, approachable and helpful. Davis Tate seemed so much better than the (cheap) estate agent that we used to sell, I am not sure what would have happened had Charlie not been so good, but I know that without him everything would have been even more stressful. I would definately use Davis Tate myself next time. Thanks Charlie!

GoogleI have rented my flat for the last 4 years through Davis Tate and have been fortunate to have a good property manager assigned to our flat. So when I informed we would have a new property manager, Emma Lakin take over I was hoping to still have the same rapport and customer service I had grown accustomed to. We had a significant plumbing issue in the flat not long after Emma took over and within a short time after contacting her she had someone there to attend and also followed up with me later to make sure we were all sorted out which gave me confidence that I can still expect the great customer service that I've always experienced. Thank you Emma!
