Emma is easy to talk to and understands problems which can occur with a rented property. Emma responds to emails promptly and information is clearly given.

GoogleThe team at Davis Tate, and in particular Emma Durcan, have been extremely efficient in the letting of my central Henley apartment. Emma's highly professional approach to marketing and pricing meant that we received three offers at the asking price within a couple of days of advertising the property. Letting in 2023 is fraught with complications but Davis Tate have made the whole experience feel quite simple.

GoogleI've recently purchased a property though Davis Tate, they were very straight forward to deal with when arranging a viewing and when it came time to negotiate a price with the seller. Special thanks to Sam who did a tremendous job in negotiating the price between the seller and I. He kept both parties updated at each stage and acted quickly to ensure a resolution. Special thanks also to Rebecca who really helped push through the purchase by chasing all the parties when the inevitable issues arose. I had very little interaction with Kathryn initially, as she was new to the role, however the dealings i did have with her towards the end of my purchase were extremley hands on, efficient and professional.
