Over the course of the last few months I have dealt with Callum, Atesh and Claire and I cannot fault any of them for a number of reasons. Callum was seamless in the initial stages and supported with viewings and any questions I had, once the offer had been accepted and it hasn't been an easy process both Claire and Atesh have been faultless; I was regularly updated both over email and via phone, they were honest throughout and did a lot of the chasing for me in which I felt went above and beyond their duties. I cannot thank Atesh and the team enough and feel like we have been through it all together, I may even miss our regular calls!! I would highly recommend this branch and I would love to work with Atesh and Claire in the future on my next move. Well done all and thank you always. RM

We invited Davis Tate out to value our property and we met with Callum. From the outset Callum was very processional and showed a lot of knowledge in the market providing us with lots of useful information. We decided to go down the part exhange route in the end due to the property we wanted to buy but we would have no hesitation in recommending Davis Tate and if we were to put the property on the market we would of been very happy to use Davis Tate based on our experience with Callum.

I wanted to get an up to date valuation of my property and contact the Shinfield branch and spoke to Atesh. We arranged an appointment and he arrived exactly on time. After viewing the property and making various notes he went away to check on other similar properties in the area and the price they sold for. He followed next day up with a phone call and sent a detailed letter with the estimated valuation. The service provided was excellent and won’t hesitate to use Davis Tate in the future. I have been really pleased with the service I have received from Davis Tate, especially from Claire who has been really proactive at seeing a sale through to exchange which was a little tricky at times. The team were always happy to help and communication was really good. Would recommend.

Excellent experience with David Tate when selling my house. They are a very professional team. Everyone that I have been in contact with are polite and efficient in communication. They always kept me in the loop. Very special thanks to Atesh, Claire and Callum for the high quality service. Very knowledgeable of market conditions. When pricing the house, they aim for a fair value instead of a quick sale, showing that they actually care of customers’ interest and not just want to get the commission as soon as possible. Definitely recommend their services highly if you are in the area !

The Team at Davis Tate has been amazing. From the start when I visited the office I was treated with courtesy and respect. Atesh listened to what I was looking for and my circumstances and supported me and assured me in finding a home appropriate for my family.
