GoogleWe cannot rate the excellent service from Julie and her team in Sonning Common highly enough. We put our house on the market in early December 2022 and received an offer within a couple of days. We believe this is because Julie was so positive about our house. She guided us through the whole process from start to finish so that our sale was totally pain free. We moved at the end of March. If you are looking for a very professional, supportive and knowledgeable Estate Agent, I would strongly recommend Julie and her team. Thank you for all you have done for us.
Dear Sally, thank you for this lovely review - I do hope you'll be very happy in your new home. All the best from the Team x

GoogleHaving dealt with many estate agents over the last three years, I can say that Julie and her team stand head and shoulders above the rest. Without their help I don’t think the chain would ever have made it. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

GoogleWe used Davis Tate for a sale and purchase completing in Aug 2022. Despite ever changing economical market forces their team was incredibly professional, humble and fun to work with. They together made the whole process smoother and far more comfortable. Julie Norman as our manager was incredibly diligent, proactive and made what can be an incredibly stressful experience- a smooth and enjoyable one. Our chain was far from straightforward but the team overcame all the curveballs thrown at us. Thank you team
Thank you so much for your very kind words, we wish you the best and hope you are loving your new home

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home with Davis Tate. Julie and Jade were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with through the entire process. They responded very quickly to all our queries, kept us up to date on progress and were very supportive towards the end of the process when conveyancing became challenging. It was hugely appreciated. I hope we won't be moving again any time soon but I wouldn't hesitate to engage the services of Davis Tate if we did 😊

GoogleClare & Sallie at Davis Tate Goring were brilliant as our vendor's estate agents. They were always extremely helpful to us as buyers and a good and reliable point of contact. They helped facilitate communication where needed and chased up queries as and when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as local estate agents and should we ever come to sell up, we will be in touch with them to market and represent our property.
