GoogleI was delighted with how Davis Tate handled our sale and purchase. Incredibly professional and friendly. We dealt mostly with Charlie, who was always approachable great at communication and made the whole experience stressfree. A big thank you to the whole team.

GoogleIf I could give 1,000 stars I would do. I have had the best service and cannot thank Charlie Burton and Richard Sutton enough from the beginning to putting my house up for sale to the very end - completion. I have been updated every step of the way and any questions I had they helped me with. Their calm, friendly and professional manner is second to none. I have and will recommend their services to everyone without hesitation. Without Charlie and Richard I would have never got through this. A huge thank you to Charlie Burton and Richard Sutton - Davis Tate have employed the best Estate Agents I have ever encountered. :o)

GoogleAll members of staff I dealt with were helpful, welcoming and guided me through what was a very stressful time. After an abortive 'sale' fell through at the last minute I felt like giving up but am glad we got there in the end.

An absolute excellent service that Davis Tate have provided me with the sale of my house. From start to finish both Charlie and Richard have hand held me through the whole process with their calm manner and professional approach. I cannot thank them enough for helping me each step of the way. Without their expert knowledge I don't think I could of done this without them. I will definitely and have already recommended them. GoogleEDIT: Now that we have completed I have dropped the review slightly to 4 stars. I still maintain Davis Tate did a good job selling our house and all the below is still true. Rebecca and Colin were excellent throughout. However, their partner solicitors (DT Conveyancing/Premier Property Lawyers) who Davis Tate recommended to our buyers were very slow and disorganised. They misunderstood planning law, they asked the same enquiry multiple times, they never answered our solicitors calls, and they repeatedly delayed exchange by finding outstanding tasks they hadn’t done yet, all of which should/could have been organised weeks before. This was very frustrating as Davis Tate made money from a referral fee for introducing these sub-standard solicitors to the sale. I recommend you do not use PPL/DT Conveyancing, and that Davis Tate find new partner solicitors. Davis Tate have been excellent in securing the sale of our house which is now Sold STC. All the team were very professional in their interactions with us, took excellent photos, and kept us in the loop. Thanks to Colin in particular who was always quick to respond to queries, pragmatic and honest. He was great to work with and made the process as smooth as possible.

GoogleDavis Tate provided a great service in selling our house in henley. They worked well in tricky viewing situations, and secured a sale we are very happy with. Historically they have provided great tenant find and management services too. Jo was a star. If you have seen this review on another site, its true as they are so nice I have copied and pasted it elsewhere because they deserve the credit.
