GoogleWe had a great experience when purchasing our property through Davis Tate. Jenny Turner was great, showed us around the property and highlighted key features, what the owner had improved since she bought the property herself, and also made some interesting remarks about future potential for the property. She was always super quick at responding to any queries we had and proactively contacted both solicitors to ensure the process was constantly moving. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Davis Tate in general, any Jenny in particular

GoogleLuke Ingram manages the maintenance of our two rental properties in Reading. I felt I must leave a review because Luke has really exceeded my expectations. He always replies quickly to email requests and "does exactly what it says on the tin". Where work is required at the properties arrangements are made quickly and efficiently and he keeps us informed throughout. I'm very satisfied with the service he gives.

GoogleIt is really a good experience to rent a flat through Davis Tate, Reading. When I was first move to the UK, I did not recongise the procedure of renting a flat. I faced many problems when I moved in. With the help of the staffs of Davis Tate, Reading. The problems were solved completely. I would like to say thank you to Jessica. During the rental period, We reported several problems regarded the flat. She quickly replied and arranged approriate people to solved them. When I had enquiries, she provided professional advises so that I could enjoy the quality of living in the flat. I will definitely introduce Davis Tate to my friends if they want to rent a flat in Reading.

GoogleWe were selling our house after 35 years and felt rather anxious about moving. Charlie and his team provided the reassurance we needed at this stressful time and guided us through the process. They offered good advice and were very good on communication, both with ourselves and all the others involved. We were particularly impressed with Charlie and the way he runs the team and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We wholeheartedly recommend Davis Tate, Reading.
