GoogleCharlie and the team in the Pangbourne office were brilliant when selling our house earlier this year. Charlie kept us updated at all times, Charlie gave helpful advice and was supportive when we had concerns. Buying/selling can be really stressful and Charlie definitely helped the process to be as smooth as possible for us. Thank you Charlie!

GoogleI recently moved from Rayleigh, Essex, into a property in Twyford marketed by Davis Tate and had numerous communications with Jenny. The purchase was not without complications, for various reasons, but I found Jenny to be very helpful, pleasant and reassuring. GoogleI have to say Charlie, Sam, Rebecca and the team have to be commended for great communication and tenacity throughout the sale process, and when late questions and hold ups occured close to exchange… they pushed solicitors to resolve and kept us in the loop. I would highly recommend them.

I would especially like to thank the wonderful Kathryn Bell, whom throughout our purchasing process has been amazing! Kathryn was attentive and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much and she was always on hand whenever you needed advice, help and support. Kathryn worked so hard for us, endlessly keeping us updated and at ease. Right up until the very end Kathryn was highly professional and paid great attention to detail, with also being able to feel like you were talking to a friend. She certainly made this whole process seamless. Also the agency themselves gave us a little care package when we moved into our new home, which we couldn’t have appreciated more. GoogleI have rented my flat for the last 4 years through Davis Tate and have been fortunate to have a good property manager assigned to our flat. So when I informed we would have a new property manager, Emma Lakin take over I was hoping to still have the same rapport and customer service I had grown accustomed to. We had a significant plumbing issue in the flat not long after Emma took over and within a short time after contacting her she had someone there to attend and also followed up with me later to make sure we were all sorted out which gave me confidence that I can still expect the great customer service that I've always experienced. Thank you Emma!
