I've just moved out of a rental flat managed by this agency. Out of 6 letting agents I've used previous, this is by far the best. Caroline was so supportive and reassuring when I hit an issue with the place I am moving to. Matt the same. All staff are all so organised, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this agency and wouldn't hesitate to rent another flat through this agency. They look after their tenants.

Bring a first time buyer, there were a few bumps on the way, however the service recieved from Kathryn and John was superb. I had very little interaction with Kathryn initially, as she was new to the role, however the dealings i did have with her towards the end of my purchase were extremley hands on, efficient and professional. Just wanted to leave a review for Caroline Legge at Davis Tate. Caroline is our property manager and has been great from the moment we moved into the property. Caroline ensured our move in was seamless and moved items out of the flat to allow us more space/ to make the space our own. We have been in the property for over a year now and have had to contact Caroline for a few maintenance issues, Caroline has always responded so quickly and acted upon our problems, often our issue is resolved that same day. When we have met Caroline she has always been approachable and friendly and is always keen to help us where she can. Thank you Caroline!

We bought our home with Davis Tate in the spring of 2022. They were incredibly accommodating and professional. I can say hands down that my experience of finding a property to rent in Henley with Davis Tate has far exceeded my expectations or my experience with any other estate agents in the area. The team are all super knowledgable about the area, extremely friendly and approachable and are very efficient and experts at what they do. Emma helped me secure the perfect property for my needs in a very tricky rental market, and communications with her and her team throughout has been great.
