GoogleFew days back I faced an issue with boiler and contacted the Davis Tate maintenance email id. Jessica Hedges picked up my case quickly and helped me to resolve the boiler issue. She was quick in terms of updating me about the progress and taking necessary approvals from landlord and finalizing the technician. GoogleAfter the death of our mother we first approached Davis tate in Wantage for a probate valuation. Oliver was highly professional and understanding of the difficult situation we were faced with, and dealt with us in a friendly and sympathetic manner. Because of this we decided to use Davis tate for the sale of the house. The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. All the staff kept us in the loop with developments in the sales process every step of the way and were always on hand to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated all their help and hard work to sell the house quickly. We really can't thank you all at Davis tate enough. You've made an emotional and difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. I will not hesitate to recommend Davis tate to anyone I know in the future.

GoogleIf you find a house you really really want which is unfortunately marketed by Davis Tate then knock on the door and speak to the owners directly. The pretentiousness of Oliver at this Davis Tate branch is off the scale, Oliver made it so difficult to view a property in Wantage that we gave up and went for another property in Hanney. They also make you pay a third party mortgage advisory company £60 before you can even make an offer, they claim this is anti money laundering checks (free with other agents) but it’s nothing more that trying to up sell services.

GoogleWhilst like any tenant we dread anything going wrong but we are fortunate enough to have Davis Tate as our letting agent. Jessica Hedges promptly deals with anything that has needed attention but she is also very proactive at having work done that improves the property and makes living here that much nicer.

GoogleHaving "interviewed" a few estate agents in Wantage in order to sell my elderly parents house, I chose Davis Tate, or more truthfully, I chose Oliver Martin (Branch Manager). Being friendly, efficient and honest, Oliver was immediately someone I felt I could talk to and could trust with managing the sales process as I live 200 miles away. Everyone says that people "couldn't do enough" but Oliver and his team went that extra mile from returning to the house to take more photos when the garden looked its best and organising a gardener to cut the grass and hedges. Towards the end of the sale, when conveyancers became insufferable, Kirsty was able to contact the buyers directly to assure me that from their perspective everything was fine and the exchange would happen to plan. In general estate agents get a bad press, but I have nothing but praise for Oliver Martin and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Google10/10! I instructed David Tate to market my property to let at short notice and Kirsty went above and beyond. They found a tenant in less than 2 weeks and were incredibly helpful at every stage (especially as a first time landlord). I couldn’t recommend them enough for both their professionalism and their personalised approach, I’m excited for my tenants to move in today!

GoogleOliver from Davis Tate was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with accurate market advice. I found the service I received from Oliver and others at Davis Tate to be very good. They sorted out the EPC certificate and Gas Certificate for us, they also helped me to find a plumber at short notice to fix a fault in the hot water system a day before completion! I would be happy to recommend Davis Tate Estate Agents.
