Completion was rather tortuous mainly because lawyers at bottom of chain did not keep everyone in the loop - fact that they were also PPL was frustrating.

If you are looking to rent a property please call them as soon as possible, they have an amazing team there, I was offered the best service ever in about 5 years, quick, reliable, easy, and smooth from start to finish, everything took about 4-5 working days to conclude and then just the normal wait time to move in the new house, big shoutout to the team there keep it up, my person of contact there was Hope, big shoutout to her, she handled all the communication and most of the stuff required, she was always helpful and responsive, very nice to deal with, I also dealt with Matthew who showed me around the property, and few other staff members from accounts and other teams, but rest assure you can ask for any of them and they will be amazing to deal with because I visited the office one day and I was offered a warm welcome from everyone there. Matthew and the rest of the team at Davis Tate were absolutely brilliant helping us with the sale of our house. We had not moved for over 20 years and were a bit nervous, but they made the whole process very straightforward and put us completely at ease. We feel like they really understood how our home worked and therefore marketed it accurately and suggested it to very suitable potential buyers. This meant the viewings were tailored to people who were actually likely to buy rather than just getting people through the door who just wanted a look round. Their advert was excellent quality and focused on the main features that were the main selling points.
