Had a viewing with Giselle, who was very friendly and well prepared to answer my questions regarding the property. Both her and Dominic were very quick in replying to my enquiries by email and phone. Great service overall, very professional staff. A year on and can reconfirm the positive experience with DT. Misha proved herself very professional and approachable in helping me find a suitable flat.

Dom was great to work with, from start to finish. We moved here from the US, so getting into a home was a bit more complicated than normal. From the first call till after we moved in, Dom was as engaged and courteous as we could have expected, and always prompt to return a call if not immediately available. Thanks Dom for raising the comfort level of a couple who was brand new to the UK and in need of a property in short order. We appreciate everything you did for us!

We met Charlie Hill and his team when we bought our house through Charlie a few years ago. We were impressed then and so used him on our sale that is about to complete. Charlie was professional and responsive throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

I have been thoroughly impressed by the service at Davis Tate Reading. This was my first house sale so I really didn’t know what to expect, how the process went, and what was required from me. Charlie and then his colleagues Tom Basset & Sam Huish were brilliant at keeping me informed at every stage. They were all very patient with me, took the time to explain things, and clearly had my best intentions at heart. Out of all the agents I reached out to, Davis Tate valued the highest, and at offer stage, managed to secure an ‘above asking’ offer. Not in my wildest dreams did I expect the outcome, nor the service they were able to provide. A very happy customer indeed!
