If you are thinking of renting in West Berkshire, then please choose Davis Tate and especially Sylwia. We had really excellent support from Sylwia, so kind and so professional. Throughout a tricky process, Sylwia handled everything for us and got the right outcome for us. We really felt that we mattered to her, as well as the whole Davis Tate team. I recommend Sylwia and the whole team wholeheartedly.

We are not familar at all with the area and both George and the team at Davis Tate were so professional and informative and very quick with responses, which has made the whole process less stressful . Thank you .

We were very impressed with Davis Tate. We looked at many properties in the area around Wantage to rent and found Davis Tate to be very helpful, professional and friendly. Dominic was really great with us as we didn't know the area very well at all. Suzie very helpful when finalising the rental agreement. I would recommend Davis Tate.

Finally sold our property after several years and various other Estate agents. Lee was excellent, very diligent, always available and guided us through the process all the way. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Lee at Davis Tate. When we changed to use him as our estate agent, he got an offer for the property within a few days. He offered clear, fair, explained advice throughout and made regular contact. He kept all parties informed and ensured the sale went through smoothly. Lee did a lot of work behind the scenes which we particularly appreciated given that we were selling a property but not living in the area. We are very grateful and would highly recommend him whether selling, as we were, or buying.

I would highly recommend Davies Tate Estate Agents in Goring. From the moment I found out I had secured the cottage, the whole tenancy process has been smooth and stress free. They have always communicated well, replied quickly to any questions I had, and provided a very friendly and professional service throughout. Sylvia was extremely helpful from the start, showing me around the property and making the process feel easy and welcoming. I would also like to thank Suzanne for her excellent communication via email. A fantastic team who are always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Davies Tate to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and reliable service.

Used DT for house move (sale and purchase) and would definitely recommend. Charlie & Lewis were great - really great - always contactable, consistently progressed the move proactively and generally a nice team to work with. If considering the associated DT Conveyancing company I would recommend doing research but the chaps from DT estate agents were brilliant. Big thank you to them

We recently bought our new home using Davis Tate in Reading. We'd had a gruelling 2 year house move journey in trying to both sell our current property and secure our onward purchase. In those 2 years we had dealt with almost all of the local agencies, and even started the purchasing process with 2 other agents, which subsequently fell through. We went to view, what would become, our new home with Davis Tate towards the end of March and with them, everything changed. We received an excellent service from our agent, Sam Huish. He was knowledgable, helpful, efficient and kept us up to date with everything, which was a breath of fresh air. Brilliant communication and no nonsense. He was very accommodating with timings and arranging access for multiple viewings and surveys. When we asked him questions he didn't have the answers for, he'd follow up later on with the info - something other agents never did for us, even when prompted. I would highly recommend

Lee was dynamic and trustworthy. He kept things moving throughout the whole process talking to the solicitors and our buyer as well as us. He was always available. He won't overprice a property simply to get the business, and is honest throughout. Highly recommended.

I had a very positive experience with Lisa during my tenancy and move-out process. She was helpful, responsive, and clear in her communication, especially when I needed support with a landlord reference for my next rental application. I really appreciate her assistance and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Lee at Davis Tate Woodley. Lee provided sound advice throughout the listing and negotiation of our sale. And when our buyers solicitor was lacking, Lee kept working hard behind the scenes, speaking to our buyer and their solicitor to keep the transaction moving along to a successful completion. Thanks again for all your help Lee!
