GoogleWe used Davis Tate to sell our house in Streatley and they did an excellent job - Brian came up with a very good proposal and thereafter Sallie was the main contact point. She was really communicative and helped us to drive the process and we went from listing to completion in just over 3 months which was an excellent outcome. The wider team (Clare, Willow etc) were also very friendly and helpful - would highly recommend - thanks all!

GoogleI am delighted with the recent service the staff at Davis Tate have given me and my Company regarding buying a small bungalow. The property had to be bought in record time and with Davis Tate in the driving seat this was achieved. This will be the third property I have engaged David Tate to deal with and I shall certainly be returning to them again.

GoogleDavis Tate has been amazing throughout the entire process of buying our house. Charlie in particular was super helpful and patiently answered all our questions and offered her support all the way! The only thing that we'd do differently was to find a different mortgage advisor. The entire process with Embrace wasn't transparent and our details were passed on to an insurance company without our consent. Not a great experience!

Google5 stars for these guys - I experienced top-tier service from Davis Tate initially when I bought my property in 2016; then again when I let it out in 2020 (as well as being my rent collectors throughout the tenancy); and then finally when I sold it this year in 2024. They went the extra mile in communication when I was abroad, in which I have no doubt was integral in getting the property sold (Tom Wareham-Bassett, that's you! 🔥). We've gone full circle and I absolutely would not hesitate in recommending Davis Tate for whatever service is needed - selling, letting or buying: these guys are your best bet. Thanks DT!

GoogleWe just sold our property of 5 years. Brian and the team were great. Always on hand, professional and worked hard to get the sale through. We had to come down a long way from Brian’s initial valuation which was a tough, however it was in the same ball park as other estate agents, so just part of sell to us and the time frame we had. Nothing against the team.
