We also needed to make sure we complied with UK legislation regarding tenancies. Having previously had a good experience with the Sales side of Davis Tate in Goring, we decided to ask their Lettings team to find and vet tenants, handle rent, and manage property upkeep for us. For us, the fee for the full management service (a percentage of the monthly rent) was very much worth the expense, for the expertise, peace of mind, and speed of response they provided. We were particularly impressed by the knowledge and unflappable efficiency of Caty Johnston, Team Leader in the Renewals Department: thank you, Caty!
