GoogleWonderful all-round service from Paul & Suzanne at Davis Tate. Also the other team members I have additionally dealt with via the phone and In-Branch at Henley. They made the administration part of the move seem effortless and seamless. Also the viewing process was excellent, Paul is very personable and kind. Would highly recommend this Estate Agents as they were exemplary in every way.

We dealt primarily with Jack and Paul who were both extremely helpful and patient. Jack particularly was very kind and knowledgable about the surrounding area we’ve moved into. The house was sold empty as we had moved away from the area, but we always had great communication with them and they were great at helping to check on the house when needed. Google just now New Davis Tate have supported me both with the rental of my former family home and with a sale and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Bruce, who has managed the rental has been fantastic. He is incredibly responsive, proactive and super efficient. In fact, every one I've come into contact with in both the sales and rental team, including Brian, Sallie and Clare are committed, passionate, enthusiastic about what they do and work collaboratively to find the best solution for you. I'm incredibly grateful for Davis Tate's help. There's a lot to be said for working with supportive, approachable and professional individuals.

GoogleWe had a slow start with the house sale mostly due to upcoming election and financial climate in the UK. However when Francesca came to meet me and we agreed for her to manage the sale I knew she was the right person for the job. Her enthusiasm, honest approach and genuine delight in getting the job done was such a breath of fresh air. She assured me she was going to sell my house and she did after a couple of viewings. The rest is to be seen in terms of progressing but so far very happy with my decision to go with Davis Tate, Goring
