GoogleFrancesca Wilkins at Davis Tate Goring went above and beyond to sell my parents' house. They had moved out so she went round every week to check on the house and even took the meter readings for us on completion day. She did an excellent job of selling the village the house was in as well, largely because she lives there. We also had an excellent experience with Sallie Scott. We enjoyed prompt responses and sympathetic communications during a difficult time. We chose to use our own solicitor and everything ran very smoothly between the solicitor and the agents.

GoogleWe opted for Davis & Tate as our estate agent for the sale of our property, the team at the Pangbourne branch that supported us were excellent (Richard, Jack and especially Paul). We don’t buy and sell houses everyday and Paul was supportive and patient with our queries. I suspect the chain might have collapsed if it wasn’t for Paul’s efforts to provide guidance and feedback and a clear line of communication as we had a tricky chain to contend with (slow to respond at the bottom, rude in their response at the top). We’re happily settled in after a long 6 months, on to decorating.

GoogleI’ve just sold my house with Davis Tate, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was so smooth and completely stress-free. The whole team was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to. But I have to give a special mention to Jack, he’s been absolutely amazing. Always supportive, always cheerful, and just a real joy to deal with. My dogs adored him too, 🐾they were always excited when he arrived to show people around! He was so good with them and always took the time to have a chat. Jack, you're an absolute gem. Thank you so much for all your help, you really made this whole process feel easy and even enjoyable. This is the 4th agency I have used while buying/selling and the best of the best!! I can’t recommend Davis Tate enough, especially Jack&Richard! ☺️☺️

As first time buyers, Paul was incredibly supportive and answered all our questions knowledgeably and patiently. There were a number of complications along the buying journey but Paul did an amazing job of getting everything sorted and we couldn’t be happier.

GoogleThe viewing on the property we were interested in went well, Dee who showed us around was very professional and informative. We put our offer in which was accepted, from this point on we were very disappointed! All the way through the buying process they did not keep us informed. We received a very cold reception when we collected the keys!
