He is an expert in his field and knowledgeable with all aspects of property and willing to help. They managed to find a buyer very quickly and the service has been wonderful. GoogleAccurately priced (I did receive an offer at the suggested selling price) with viewings (and offers) within less than a week from listing. Friendly service with staff prepared to go the extra mile. In particular, I must mention David as he was the staff member that really 'sold' this agency. With so many estate agents in Abingdon to choose from, his really approachable manner and helpful attitude made the decision an easy one.

GoogleVery good service and staff is very professional. I had to visit the property we wanted to rent twice and the agent Misha was very happy to meet both times. Always willing to help, answer any question and make sure we are happy with everything. Staff at their office were polite and very friendly. I would be very happy to work with them again

GoogleWas so happy to have found our new home with Lee at Davis Tate as he ensured everything went smoothly and moved as quickly as possible. Lee also sold our former home which we were very happy with, he spent a lot of time taking photos of our home ensuring it looked its best to sell. We’d previously had it on with another agent and couldn’t believe how much better Lee made our house look compared to the previous agent! Have already been recommending Lee to others.

GoogleWe bought a Bunglow for my mum recently via Lee, Davis Tate Woodley. From the start Lee’s service was on point, respectful and very supportive as my dad had passed away very recently. Lee was very proactive in the whole process of the sale and purchase, he was very approachable and responsive at all times when contacted. Lee went over and beyond, when we arrived at the new house he had left flowers and balloons to make my mum welcome and comfortable in her new home. However, Lee met each challenge head-on and demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and clearly has access to a wide supportive network of contacts. From the first meeting I was impressed by Lee's approach, to help us realise the best value for our property, the solid marketing plan and how he proposed to keep us fully informed via social media. Lee did absolutely everything he said he would and a great deal more. At each stage Lee put us at the heart of the process, keeping us informed and answering our queries, allowing us to discuss options, presenting us with choices and offering supportive guidance. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of service provided by Lee at Davis Tate and the dedication to deliver for his clients.

GoogleVery friendly and supportive staff. Have been living at a property for over a year now and any problem or queries I have had were answered and dealt with very promptly. Caroline Legge, who is my contact for the property, is always quick to reply to my emails and sort out any issues, and she is always very helpful and friendly. Very happy to rent with Davis Tate, would highly recommend.
