GoogleI have been looking for an ideal property as a first time buyer. With so many estate agents in the Abingdon area, Davis Tate Abingdon are in a different league. They promptly responded to registration, property inquiries, booking viewings and making an offer through to acceptance. Dave and Katheryn were both extremely professional yet personable at the same time. Couldn't have asked for more!!

GoogleI had an excellent experience with David Tate Estate Agents and cannot recommend them enough. From the outset, their team was professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process. A special mention must go to both Dominic and Misha, who were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. Dominic was always available to answer any of my initial questions prior to the house viewing, providing clear and timely updates. Misha was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was always on hand to offer guidance, no matter how small the query, and her friendly approach made a real difference. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her, and she consistently provided reassurance and timely responses at every stage. The communication from David Tate as a whole was excellent, with regular updates and a real willingness to help at every step. I would highly recommend David Tate.

GoogleReached out to them in search of a studio/annexe property to rent, received prompt responses and viewing appointment was scheduled quickly for a property. Especially Misha & Dom were really helpful in terms of scheduling the property viewing and application process where eventually i was able to secure the tenancyn!
