Average is all I can say. Tried to sell our house through them but failed, partly due to the market conditions but partly because I don't think Davis Tate really know how to close a deal. Did most of the viewings ourselves as they couldn't always get someone to the property, and their Saturday staff know absolutely zero about your property when they turn up. When we did get a bite it firmly felt as though they were on the side of the buyer not the seller. The result? Purchase fell through and Davis Tate simply said 'goodbye'...charming!
