GoogleCannot rate them highly enough! Stewart and his team did a fantastic job of selling our house really quickly, and the whole process was very simple. We were kept updated all the way through, and even though we were not purchasing with Davis Tate, Stewart was able to give us much more information on our purchase, in a much shorter time than the agent who was handling it. Nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in recommending them!

GoogleThe purchase of my new house was dragging on and on. In desperation I phoned Stewart Simpson of Davis Tate in Abingdon, and asked for his advice. He quickly arranged a discussion together and spent quite some time offering professional and helpful advice. He offered to sort out some of the problems, which took a great weight off my mind! And hey presto! Stewart succeeded in moving things along - and, guess what? I exchanged not long afterwards and completed shortly after that! Stewart and Davis Tate are a great team, and I'm really grateful for their expertise and guidance.

GoogleI've been really impressed with the service we received from Stewart and the team at Davis Tate's Abingdon branch. They always answered my calls and requests promptly and Stewart went out of his way to keep in contact - sometimes on occasions when he wasn't supposed to be working. All in all the team made what could have been a stressful process fairly straight forward and I'm very grateful for all their help and advice.

They are friendly and professional and made the whole process very easy and stress free, their communication is excellent, always keeping us informed with just the right amount of emails and phone calls .Stewart knew what sort of property we were looking for and found us the perfect house that we were able to view before it went on the market.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our home of 36 years and move to Devon, we contacted three estate agents in Abingdon to give us a valuation and explain the selling procedure to us. They were all very professional and sympathetic to our requirements. We chose Stewart at Davis Tate because he had been recommended to us and his charges were more favourable. Also, he was very understanding of our time schedule and worked very hard to achieve our goal. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication between us, including his assistant, was excellent. They have sold a house for me, helped me find a mortgage and currently manage a rental property on my behalf. GoogleWe sold our house twice with Davis Tate, and would strongly recommend them. Following a poor experience with another local agent, we were really pleased with the communication, openness and responsiveness that Davis Tate provided. Not only did Stewart have buyers lined up to view our house, he was available 24/7, returning calls and texts at times to suit us (mostly evenings!). In addition he helped with our hunt to find a home, leaflet dropping on our behalf, and giving us up to date information on what was coming to market. We believe we would have struggled to get this same level of service anywhere else.

From my initial enquiry which was answered within 10 minutes and in the evening I knew that Davis Tate would be the right choice and never considered using another agent. The service I received was second to none and I was kept informed every step of the way. Stewart and Joel worked on viewings and feed back which ensured the house was sold within 5 months. When our first sale fell through they managed to get 4 viewings the next day and another sale within 2 days, impressive! I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again in the future.
