GoogleLettings team when moving in including Clare were great and very helpful. It seems as soon as you are moved in you get transfered to the very unhelpful and rude "Property Management" team, Peter in particular was very rude and when doing management visits taking images and commenting on personal pictures and furnishing found quite intrusive. Issues when checking out also which had to go through deposit protection company to resolve.

GoogleExtremely unreliable, unprofessional and ineffective in everything that they do from lettings to maintenance. To say working with them has been a disappointment is an understatement. Communication lacks, solutions to issues lack, and basic common sense lacks among every person I've worked with there. I have worked with many individuals because turnover seems to be very high in their company as well, which is also a very clear indicator of how well the business is performing or how engaged their reps are.

GoogleGood estate agents. All around the area. They are correct. When had a business with them or tried to do another one, sometimes no call backs if you leave a message. I always used phone or email contact never been inside the office. Financial adviser all right but had a few glitch while tried to remortgage the flat with him.

GoogleWe sold our property through Davis Tate in Woodley and were really pleased with the service provided. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Lee really looked after us, was always quick to respond and went the extra mile to get things sorted which was especially helpful as were are not based locally.

GoogleHorrible company to deal with, sadly they do monopolise the lettings in the area so we had to deal with them. All very nice at the start but extremely high fees and once they had them they are rude and very unhelpful.

GoogleI was delighted with the way everything went with my house purchase through Davis Tate. I was a first-time buyer and had just suffered an aborted purchase on a different property (not sold through Davis Tate), the estate agent for which had used some dubious practices and contributed to a really unpleasant experience. I was therefore wary as I came into this purchase, but all my fears were allayed as the entire team were straightforward and fair in all their dealings. They provided a model experience and really highlighted how well the process can go. Unlike with my previous purchase, they'd done some basic due diligence on the house and could give an overview on planning permission and building control approval on the house. The offer process was straightforward and the team helped move it along as fast as possible. After the offer was accepted, everyone was proactive in their communication. Fay in particular provided a wonderful, efficient and no-nonsense contribution in progressing the sale. The process of exchange and completion was smooth and fast. A great experience.

Our Customer Grievance Procedure is as follows: Davis Tate aim to provide the highest standards of service to all clients. We are member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and many of our staff have professional qualifications to ensure that your interests are safeguarded. However should you have a grievance as a result of your dealings with Davis Tate we have the following procedure, which we will endeavour to follow. • If you have aired a grievance with any of our staff over the telephone or orally and you are not happy with the outcome, you should put your grievance in writing to the appropriate office manager. • Your letter will be acknowledged within 3 days and investigated thoroughly and a reply sent to you as quickly as practically possible and anyway within 15 working days. • If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an initial investigation, your grievance given final viewpoint by a senior manager. • You should address this to:- Matthew Davis or David Tate at 46 Bell Street, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire RG9 2BG • In the event that the final viewpoint still fails to satisfy you, you have 6 month to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman at : Milford House, 43 - 55 Milford Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire. SP1 2BP You are also entitled to have grievance referred to the Ombudsman should we fail to deal with matters expeditiously i.e. within 8 weeks of the date of your initial written notification. We always endeavour to provide the highest level of service to all our clients, if at any time you feel that, something is wrong, you should air your concerns immediately to a member of Davis Tate staff so that it can be put right. GoogleThe purchase of my new house was dragging on and on. In desperation I phoned Stewart Simpson of Davis Tate in Abingdon, and asked for his advice. He quickly arranged a discussion together and spent quite some time offering professional and helpful advice. He offered to sort out some of the problems, which took a great weight off my mind! And hey presto! Stewart succeeded in moving things along - and, guess what? I exchanged not long afterwards and completed shortly after that! Stewart and Davis Tate are a great team, and I'm really grateful for their expertise and guidance.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our home of 36 years and move to Devon, we contacted three estate agents in Abingdon to give us a valuation and explain the selling procedure to us. They were all very professional and sympathetic to our requirements. We chose Stewart at Davis Tate because he had been recommended to us and his charges were more favourable. Also, he was very understanding of our time schedule and worked very hard to achieve our goal. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication between us, including his assistant, was excellent. The sale went very smoothly and we are now starting a new adventure in East Devon. Thank you to Stewart and his team.

They are friendly and professional and made the whole process very easy and stress free, their communication is excellent, always keeping us informed with just the right amount of emails and phone calls .Stewart knew what sort of property we were looking for and found us the perfect house that we were able to view before it went on the market.
