Not least of which, was the fact that we were purchasing remotely from Hong Kong. GoogleWe viewed a house in City Gardens with Tremaine. I have to admit was the best service we had received from an estate agent so far. His regular follow up and customer service was excellent if not unique; not pushy or sailsy or just for the sake of selling like we had experienced in the past from other agents that proved to be a waste of time. He was honest with us, very approachable and professional. His interest on our needs was genuine, he understood exactly what we needed and pointed us in the right direction. I can not praise him enough and I recommend him highly if you are looking for a house book your appointment with Tremaine. He is an asset to the company. E&K

GoogleFrom the moment we dealt with Darlows in Canton the process was very professional. We had been viewing in the area for about three months, consequently dealing with several agents but I did not feel that many were as reliable, or indeed enthusiastic, about our custom as Darlows were. This was very important to us but also of course to any vendor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, e mails and phone calls always returned and the mortgage advisor and conveyancer staff also eased the way. moved in today, ten weeks after seeing the house!

We looked for houses with numerous estate agents in the area and Joanne, who we dealt with throughout our purchase, was comfortably the best we came across.
