I’ve just purchased my first property through this estate agents. I dealt with Emma Jones, who is based at this branch. The service I received has been excellent, Emma has been great in helping me with my purchase and dealing with the issues that arose during this process. I don’t know how I would’ve purchased this property without her help. Purchasing a house isn’t the easiest process, but it’s been such an easy and stress free process for me and that’s thanks to Emma and the service I received. I highly recommend this branch and Emma to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Appalling service!I booked a viewing and travelled over an hour to view the property only to get a phone as I arrived that they had to cancel the house had sold!Did it sale that minute?Surely any viewings booked for that day would go ahead and the viewer made aware there had been an offer?

I did originally have a complaint regarding there about an in house independent mortgage guy. This has been dealt with and it was down to miscommunication. However the customer service person I spoke to was rude when dealing with me. I was helping my a daughter at the time. The customer service women said 'maybe your daughter should stand on her own two feet'. I recommend you go elsewhere for your property needs if you want a professional service.

After viewing a house Saturday which we absolutely loved,with the assistant branch manager Christine. We knew we had to have it. Christine went above and beyond to make sure we had it at a price that we wanted,and got the deal done for us. Even working her weekend off,just to show us the home and working late while we were going back and forth with the vendor in negotiations to the property. It was nice to have an estate agent who actually cared about our needs,compared to ones we've previously had. Myself and my partner are deeply grateful to all the effort that Chris put in for us. Purchased a home from darlows and the service was more than exceptional. Especially Christine Jones who coordinated and secured the sale despite a very difficult vendor. She kept us well informed at each stage and even helped at getting both solicitors to communicate when I wasn't getting much luck!
