GoogleOur dealings with Darlows , in spite of the fact that the deal eventually didn't work out, were smooth and pleasurable, not words you can normally use in the same sentence as 'estate agent'. Amber Bishop, the salesperson was understanding, helpful and cordial. She appeared to appreciate exactly what we were looking for doing her utmost to facilate our purchase. She kept us informed of progress and worked hard at getting the information and assurances that we needed from the vendor. These were eventually not forthcoming and, when we said that we were withdrawing our offer, she was able to see our point of view even though it must have been a disapointment for her, as it was for us. Of all the estate agents that we have dealt with in the Cardiff area Darlows, in the person of Amber, were the only ones who appeared to have a real interest in our custom and we will definately return there for any further sales or purchases.

GoogleHighly professional from start to finish. The selling process was set up swiftly, potential buyers encouraged to view the property where all viewings were overseen by Darlows. Communication with myself, the seller, was excellent [as I live 100 miles away] and the whole experience was as smooth as one might hope. This is the second property that I have successfully sold through Darlows and would recommend them highly.

GoogleThe staff in llanishen darlows were fantastic! We didn't end up buying a house. However, I couldn't have asked for anymore. Great customer service and professionalism. GoogleAlthough I didn't sell with Darlows (they were my vendors choice of agent ), they were amazing. I was kept in the loop by them at each stage of the buying. The whole team at Darlows Llanishen were polite and professional. I feel I must say a special word about Sam. Sam kept me up-to-date through -out the selling process.In fact she kept me sane. Sam went above and beyond her duties to keep me up-dated at each hurdle. When we eventually made an offer they were exceptionally helpful, keeping us updated at every opportunity and keeping things moving and liaising with the solicitors!
