GoogleDo not recommend using this agency. The agent who came to value the house was full of promises about fancy digital advertising etc. and talked a great game. However once we had signed up with them it was just a series of disappointments and mistakes. The sale sign was attached to our gate in such a way as to make it difficult to open the gate, but very easy to walk into the sign. Several bruises acquired! There were relatively few viewings booked and given Darlows purported focus on obtaining feedback we received it from only around 10% of viewers. What we did get was only based on location and gave us no guidance on selling. We were advised to try and allow the agent to lead any viewings as we were still living in the house, but when we tried this we could hear that they did not attempt to show off the good features of the house. Having had a viewing cancelled without being told we were offered by Hollie for her to personally manage everything from then on but no attempt at this seemed to be made. Other agents continued to contact us and show the house. We were then given a new agent for our viewings and in the space of a week we had a viewer missing her appointment because no reminder was sent, a lady shown round who would never have bought as there was no parking outside the house, and a viewing where we were told the wrong time. All very frustrating. House not sold. Will be trying another agent when mentally recovered from the stress.

GoogleCourtney Smalley and Danioll Hussain were both amazing when trying to sell our property. The attention to detail, proffesional manner and expertise would be hard to beat. Courtney always gave amazing updates and feedback and nothing was ever a problem. She is so reassuring and went above and beyond taking time and care always in our property. GoogleThe worst experience we’ve ever had with estate agents, their incompetence and lack of professionalism caused huge delays in buying our house, they spoke on behalf of the seller without checking with them and then on completion day did not have the keys before late afternoon because they were understaffed. They refused a viewing blaming the seller only for us to then find out they were understaffed. If you’re looking to sell avoid them like the plague because we nearly backed out of the sale because of Darlows and the lying and misinformation they spread.

GoogleHaving engaged Darlows to sell my home a few years ago, I called in to the Llanishen branch to arrange a valuation for my current property, more in hope than expectation of finding Tim Davies still in post as Manager. My luck was in! So, promptly at 11am the following Thursday, Tim arrived as planned. As personable as ever, walked through the property, assessed work done during my ownership and offered a valuation. Also gave lots of advice on the way forward, with no pressure. Thank you Tim. I'm sure that anyone from the Llanishen branch would offer a similar service under his management, but I hope he will still be available once my decision is made. Dawn Gibbens
