Jasmin and Sadie were wonderful at helping us buy our first home. Jasmin was very good at showing us and recommending properties in our desired area and Sadie was great at helping facilitate completion. Both were quick to respond & bridged the gap between us and our and the sellers (slow!) solicitors really well - thanks both!

Connor has done a really good job helping sell our home. He’s been professional, knowledgable and attentive throughout the process. His experience has allowed us to get our home on the market and sold quickly. Big thanks to Connor and the team at Darlows Canton. In addition to Connor, Sadie has been nothing short of exceptional throughout the sale journey of my property. She has worked tirelessly over the last few months. Sadie has been superb in pushing through and making sure that I was kept up to date at each stage. The solicitors on our purchaser’s side were particularly difficult to deal with, but Sadie took this in her stride and continued to chase and push through the sale with momentum and persistence. Without Sadie, I don’t think we would have achieved the sale. Huge thank you to Sadie, who really is excellent!

Hello everyone, I’d like to share my positive experience with Daniel Murphy and the entire Darlows Canton team. During a challenging time before Christmas when I needed to sell my apartment, Daniel and his team were incredibly supportive. They were always available, reaching out with calls and offering help when I needed it most. Their attentive and caring approach truly made a difference, and I wholeheartedly recommend Daniel and the whole Darlows Canton team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional sales advisor. Thank you so much for everything!

As a family we had the pleasure of meeting Lewis from the Llanishen office. From the initial telephone call to coming to our home, we was greeted with a genuine sense of empathy and warmth. It took minutes for us to use Darlows as our appointed Estate Agent. Lewis always took time to communicate effectively and was honest with all feedback given by vendors. It was very overwhelming when we heard Lewis was moving office as we struck up a tremendous rapport which you don’t always receive. Im sure he will be of great success to all the potential clients whilst working in the Canton office. We thank him wholeheartedly for his care and attention to detail.

We recently remarketed our property with Darlows after a terrible experience with online agent Purple Bricks and this has proved to be an excellent decision with an agreement for sale reached after only a month after advertising. This is largely due to the efforts of the staff involved and in particular from the Canton branch, Dan Murphy and Lewis Evans. Both have conducted themselves with professionalism and are very knowledgeable in their field. Dan helped provide a thorough appraisal at the front end and Lewis handled the sale from there on. He was very thorough in his communication with us from day one and after he took some fantastic photos of our property, I have no doubt that this contributed to huge interest in our advert. I hope future customers with Darlows have the same amount of high service that we have had and encourage them to work with Dan & Lewis amongst others at the Canton branch.

He sat with us chatting, answering all our queries and concerns, giving us the most proffesional and accurate answers. Dylan was really helpful. Knowledgable about the property booked for viewing, Dylan was able to quickly arrange showing us a second property on the same day that was better suited to our needs.

Dylan went above and beyond to help us try and find a house in ely. He even managed to fit us in at short notice to view a house just before we returned home to Northumberland. We didn't find anything this time, but we know when we come to Cardiff again that we can rely on Dylan to help us find some houses to view. Thank you Dylan you are far more helpful than a certain other esate agent I won't mention (Mr H!)

Very disappointed with this estate agent made an offer was exsepted on a property had email confirmation then four weeks into the sale had a masage on my phone to say the vendor is now going with the first person who was interested in the property but had lost their sale but is now in a position to go though. Not very professional has I was told by other people I had a first time buyer in line to buy my property who had everything in place so he too was very disappointed so buyer beware.

Are Darlow really an estate agent? Are they still in Business? On 20th March 2025 I had a property viewing with Craig Barret, a partner at the Llandaff office and had an offer accepted 4 days later. Craig was exceptionally helpful but then unfortunately disappeared around the end of May 2025. Around the same time Sadie at the canton office called me regarding purchase update, and when I advised I was unable to contact Craig, she failed to inform me he no longer worked for the company, and advised he was on sick and would call soon. I came to know from personal connections he had left the company. On 10th July I contacted Sadie regarding changes to the offer and was informed the revised memorandum of sale would be forwarded. In her email, she apologies for the lack of communication following Craig’s departure from Darlows [The first time it had been acknowledged]and ensured me I would be kept informed moving forward. That was the last time I heard from Sadie or Darlows. The revised memorandum of sale never arrived. On 16th July I emailed the canton branch and Sadie regarding the memorandum of sale but nobody replied. On 23rd July, 4 months after agreeing to purchase, and having no correspondence with Darlows, I decided to withdraw my offer and emailed Darlows Canton and Sadie to inform them, but received no reply On 30th July, I personally wrote to the seller giving reasons for withdrawing, and discovered nobody from Darlows had informed him The seller has contacted Darlows, I have contacted Darlows and still today 17th August the property is listed on rightmove as SSTC Error have been made, other will be blamed I’m sure!

I've only viewed one property with this estate agent so far. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the property and helpful. He manged to fit me in at short notice and also asked great questions about what I was looking for. He caught up with me later in the day and managed again to fit me in for another viewing at short notice. So far I'm impressed with the attentiveness and efficency of this estate agents.
