GoogleLetting Agency is run very well by good professional . Management team of Gareth and his deputy Joanne are well above industry average for this service to Landlords and tenants alike .The entire staff are all part of a team which runs the operation in the west end very well ..

GoogleDO NOT SELL YOUR HOME WITH COUNTRYWIDE...... Only giving one star as unable to do zero. Admin staff were lovely but beware of Gavin when selling your home. At no time does he mention actual figures but lulls you along and tells which deal will be best for you. We actually paid over two grand more than we should. When we phoned him up he was very rude.

GoogleRadiators didn't work when I moved in back in January, I have reported them numerous times in the last 4 months yet they still haven't been fixed (now it's July). This sucked during February when we had minus temperatures. Floorboards missing in kitchen, wardrobe doors broken, extensive leak in bathroom resulting in water coming through floor if you step close to the sink, all of which have been reported by myself but NOT fixed by countrywide. The only thing I managed to get help with was massive infestation of water bugs when I moved in and the heavily stained mattress, which I'm thankful for as it wasn't the nicest moving into a dirty flat. Flat clearly was not checked before I moved in. I moved out yesterday (11th July) and after sending 3 emails from 8th to the 12th of June explaining that my flatmate was staying in the flat, they still thought we were both moving out. After talking to my flatmate, it turns out he had also explained to them on numerous occasions he wasn't moving out. Quite stressful when they tell you over the phone that a man is coming in 2 hours to take keys off everyone and check us both out, when I'd told them 6 weeks prior just one of us was leaving.. Massive lack of communications must be happening in that office. Unreliable letting agency.

GoogleI have reported a repair more the a week ago. Heater in bedroom is not working at all. Megan is dealing with it and she can't give me any answers (as per your email is an urgent report which should be sorted up to 5 working days).It's just a joke being left without heating during winter time. Every day I chase her up but the answer is the same. I'm really disappointed with the service provided by the agency. Wouldn't recommend it at all!!! The way Countrywide is dealing with me is disgusting. There was a water leak reported from bath. I just came back home and the shower has been removed. Is shocking!!!! Shame on you guys.

GoogleWe were helped by Mhairi in the West End location and she was great. We have just moved from Canada and were very unfamiliar with the process of looking for a home to rent in the UK. She was extremely patient with us and extremely helpful throughout the process, going well above and beyond just helping us with the flat itself but also recommending many other stores and locations to help us with settling in.

GoogleI would highly recommend any sellers to market their property with Countrywide. I was keen to sell my Victorian property quickly as seen with a number of issues flagged in the home report. The team at Countrywide West end were fast and efficient, they encouraged me in relation to the price, the valuation was spot on and they found me a buyer at the right price in less than six weeks. GoogleI recently viewed a 3-bed property on Forrest St in Hamilton. We were last to view which meant that we couldn't phone the office to express our interest until the morning. When I called, I explained that we were really interested and the woman very rudely informed us that the landlord had picked one of the interested viewers on the evening. I explained that were last and hadn't had a chance to tell them that we wanted it. She said she'd call me back after speaking to the landlord. I never heard a thing. Didn't even have the decency to call!!

GoogleI had a great experience selling my flat through Countrywide Hamilton, with an offer accepted within two weeks of listing. They also really helped when it came to facilitating viewings when I couldn't show potential buyers round the property, which meant that around 14 viewings in two weeks could take place.
