GoogleI cannot explain how much Beth did for me. Amazing service and very friendly and helpful. My wee puppy and I had a home five days after we viewed a property and we will always love Beth for it. Service with a smile, I would give her more than five stars if I could!

GoogleCountrywide were a great help in helping me arrange a place when I wasn't living locally, helping to arrange viewings via a friend when I could attend in person - they did everything they could to help. Madeline was an absolute joy to work with and made the process of moving as easy as possible, and was extremely flexible when it came to my need to change plans. I'm now happily settled into a wonderful new flat. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWhat amazing guys at Countrywide! I have bought and sold 4 houses through them now and I have never been disappointed with the results. I recently put my nanas house on the market with them at 5pm. By lunchtime the following day, they had sold it and got a price that we were very happy with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and cannot thank them enough for the work they have done for us.

For being first time buyers, Maria makes the whole process really easy and explains everything you need to know. Faultless service from start to finish. Would highly recommend using her services as we will in the future.

GoogleCountrywide Shawlands manage my property on the South Side of Glasgow. I have always been happy with their service and the professionalism of their staff. A particular mention to all at the lettings team who recently managed a change of tenancy for me. Communication is excellent, service is very personal and timely. I would recommend to any landlord who wishes a fully managed service. As a very satisfied Landlord I am delighted with Countrywide Scotland. I must single out Madeline in the Shawlands branch for her professional handling of a recent change of tenancy. I liked her local market knowledge and her readiness to pick up the phone to achieve the desired outcome. It's a pleasure to do business this way.

GoogleOne star cause i can’t give less. Only decent thing in this office is Amy who was always polite. Went with Countrywide Airdrie as they were selling a property we were interested in. That was our first mistake. When our property failed to sell as quick as hoped we asked for suggestions from the people who do this for a living. We were told reducing the price was the only way & it was suggested we limit our expectations. AFTER 6 WEEKS. Within the branch There would appear to be a power struggle going on as we were told conflicting information from their “Mickey mouse” manager & the “rude guy“ who occasionally answers the phone. After 6 month and no serious interest we were informed by another seller within our estate (who was having similar issues with this branch after finding them to be somewhat creative with the truth)that the branch had informed him WE were the problem & “wouldn’t play ball”. This was the final straw for us. Before leaving countrywide altogether we decided to try another branch. We called the Hamilton branch & after a lengthy talk with the manager Nicole we decided to give them a go. After switching things were night and day not only were Hamilton professional, helpful & enthusiastic but after 10 days & 8 viewers managed to get us over our asking price.(the same price Airdrie told us was no longer achievable) Do yourself a favour and go with the Hamilton branch as the team in Airdrie couldn’t sell ice water in the sahara.

GoogleFantastic service in absolutely every aspect. All the staff were friendly, professional and approachable. Always kept in contact and answered all questions. We felt supported at every stage of the selling process as well as in arranging our mortgages and insurances for our new property.

FacebookWould not recommend at all. Have been left on a Friday night with a property that I cannot sleep in. I reported first thing today that the smoke alarm was constantly going off and would not turn off. Chased the repair after lunchtime, it had not even been looked at. I chased this 3/4 times before 5pm. I got promised calls back, never happened. I got an email to advise that an electrician would be in touch, I called the electrician and he never received a works order. I asked for an emergency electrician, I was refused. Said I would just need to wait until Monday. The staff member didn’t seem interested at all in helping me. I asked to speak to a manager, I was refused. This is not the first issue with countrywide and I am very dissatisfied with their service.
