GoogleMy stepdaughter and her boyfriend are just about to 'Complete' on their property purchase via Coopers. This has been a really long-drawn-out process mainly due to Covid and the fact that solicitors have been difficult to contact.
However, I have to say that Keeley Honey - Coopers Sales Move Manager has been absolutely brilliant throughout this purchase. She has bridged the gap between the seller and the buyer keeping us all informed of the progress and where necessary has interceded to prompt the solicitors. She has been instrumental in keeping the sale alive during exceedingly difficult times. She has been a great ambassador for Coopers Sales team contacting us on a regular basis and ensuring that we all stay positive and upbeat.

Matthew who first showed us around to the place we eventually moved into, is friendly, responsive and helped make things easy for us (which is always a big relief!). He was also a good first, welcoming introduction to the area - which I have found to be somewhat mellower and friendlier that then other side of London where I used to live! I highly recommend him.
Further to that, my experience with Coopers has been positive throughout the last year, any issues have been dealt with as quickly as possible and in a professional manner.
