GoogleI lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues. I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them

FacebookI’m honestly heartbroken writing this review. I’ve trusted Coopers to manage my property for over 10 years under a fully managed service, believing they were taking care of my home while I was busy living my life and working hard elsewhere. What I’ve now discovered has left me shocked, upset, and completely let down. The state of my property after the tenant moved out is beyond words, mould, cracks in the walls, doors that don’t fit, patchy paintwork, and furniture left behind. There’s even a yellow film on the walls that suggests someone was smoking indoors. I sent photos of this to Coopers, expecting urgency, empathy, or at the very least, acknowledgment. Instead, my email was brushed off and my photos ignored. Even more painful is the dismissive tone I’ve received from staff like Olivia, who seem to take no responsibility and imply that because I once did a quick visit months ago, with the flat full of furniture, I somehow approved the condition. It feels like gaslighting. I wasn’t there to inspect, I was trusting the agents I was paying to do that. Throughout the years, my emails have been ignored. There was no proactive contact. No proper inspections. I’ve now been told that they don’t carry out formal inspections unless requested and that they don’t even keep records of visits. So what exactly was I paying for all this time? This isn’t just about money, it’s about trust, responsibility, and the emotional toll of seeing your home fall into disrepair while you believed it was being looked after. I feel completely failed by Coopers. To any landlord considering using them: please think twice. I would never want anyone else to feel the way I do right now, upset, angry, and taken advantage of.

FacebookAt first I never actually build any interest on this Binary/Forex trading of a thing but when I later gave it a try with the Help of this wonderful Expert Trader Mrs. Florence. GoogleI lived in a property Coopers managed from 2018 to 2022 and I would be wary of letting through them again. I think Rob is ultimately a kind man, and I know there were good reasons for periods of slow response, but we did have two periods in the property without a valid gas safety certificate, with no compensation, and that unfortunately leaves a slightly bitter note to our experience.

FacebookFab!!!! Greg, Matt and Rhys were amazing - they sold my house and managed to smooth out any hiccups that we had along the way. I wouldn't of changed estate agent at all - Greg made our house sale as easy and smooth as any house sale can be. Not only did Greg ensure we got lots of viewings he also provided great and honest feedback. I cannot recommend Coopers enough, the team were great, the house sale went though as soon as it possibly could and even after we moved Greg called to check we had settled in. 10/10 for service :) #TEAMCOOPERS

FacebookDisappointing service having to wait 13 days so far with no deposit back and any response you finally get is they are still waiting for a list of costs from landlord when there has been plenty of time to do so even though the inventory report was wrong in many areas. Every time I try and call I get put straight through to voicemail or when I email I get no response or just the usual with no update. Shocking.
I agree very bad after care from what you have told me .

FacebookBecause they deleted my and reviews of other people from Google, I would like to share my experience with Coopers of London and their agent William Delaney here. It has been 7 months since we moved out of one of their properties in Deptford and we have yet to receive our deposit of over £1500. Despite numerous calls and emails, we have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. On the few occasions that William Delaney did answer our calls, he made promises that were never fulfilled. We also spoke with the director Andrew Fagan but to no avail. This lack of professionalism and communication is surprising for a company that prides itself on its awards. It seems as though they are actively avoiding us and not taking responsibility for their actions. After 7 months, we are starting to feel hopeless as no one is communicating with us. This situation has forced us to seek alternative means of communication as it seems like they are unwilling to engage with us in a professional manner. This way I would like to warn everyone, who is about to pair with this company, as this behaviour could be devastating to someone in the future. Really disgusting….

FacebookI was a client for over 6 years my rental property was destroyed in an arson attack I was offered temporary emergency accommodation but no attempt was made to find me a new property the lettings manager told me that as my circumstances had changed and I was now clinically vulnerable it would be 'difficult ' to find a landlord to accept me as my income was now from the government I had to fight for my deposit to be refunded this took over 2 months. this company have neglected their duty of care to a vulnerable long standing client they never return calls and just send a generic reply to emails if you are looking for a responsive professional company these people are not for you
