I lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues. I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them
