Having recently secured a property through Coopers Residential, I am incredibly impressed with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. From the very first inquiry to the day I picked up the keys, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and, most importantly, stress-free. The process began with Alison, who was our main point of contact throughout. She was absolutely instrumental in getting everything moving. Right from the start, Alison helped us bit by bit, ensuring we understood every step of the tenancy setup. Her communication was consistent and clear, which really helped put our minds at ease during what is usually a very hectic time. She was incredibly organized, ensuring all the paperwork and "behind-the-scenes" processes were perfectly intact and handled efficiently. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sophie for our viewing. She was lovely to deal with, extremely polite, sweet, and knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to answer all our questions and made the viewing feel personal rather than just another appointment. It’s rare to find a team where every person you interact with is equally dedicated to providing a high level of service. What impressed me most about Coopers was how well-organized they are as a team. Moving can be overwhelming, but they broke everything down into manageable steps and stayed on top of every detail. Although our first sale fell through, Cherelle was always there to help and move the situation onwards. She always kept meup to date with events, called us when she said she would and explained everything to me as the sale progressed. I just completed purchase of my flat. I found Louie Kehoe very help-full in the purchasing process. I went to see the flat a number of times and Louie was happy to facilitate visiting the flat. Avoid this agency. They are extremely unprofessional and show a serious lack of communication and care. We are still waiting for our deposit more than a month later. During this time, they failed to contact us and repeatedly told us to deal directly with the landlord, whom we had to chase extensively as he was ignoring us. The agency then advised us to raise a dispute with TDS, but when the landlord finally sent a confirmation email approving the deposit release, they claimed it was still not sufficient. Every time we call, we speak to a different agent and receive completely different information. The lack of internal communication within the office is shocking. Renting the property was just as frustrating. The agent failed to complete essential documents, and I even took a day off work expecting to receive the keys, only to discover he had forgotten to prepare the contract, request our documents, and complete the process. I had to resend the same documents multiple times because they clearly do not check their emails. Overall, a very stressful and poorly managed experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency.

We have rented a house through Coopers Letting Agency and it was a very smooth process. Lily Kavanagah has guided us through the whole process very professionally and friendly. She has shown us two places with providing us enough time to look at them carefully, unlike many other agents who rush you during viewing because they are in a hurry. After we have decided to apply for one of those, she has made the whole process of application and signing the tenancy agreement a painless experience by moderating between us and the landlord. Arranging few repairs in the house being completed on time before we could move in was the cherry on the cake. Thanks Lily and thanks Coopers.
