GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this letting agent. They were quick to chase Deposit, but incredibly slow to address their responsibilities of guiding innocent clients. At the end , there were unjustified reply from the Deposit Return and the process of getting it back was unnecessarily drawn out. As they say that Landlord refuse to rent the property. They kept my £219 i feel like they scammed me. They said that my references failed but when I requested proof they don't want to give me. I checked my credit score and it's all OK. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a professional or reliable service. Renters deserve better. The house was a studio flat in Uxbridge.

The process was a quick one (within a week) in securing a desired property even after an initial failed attempt.
