Thanks to Coopers Residential especially Lily Kavanagh for the assistance in getting a property after many months of search. The process was a quick one (within a week) in securing a desired property even after an initial failed attempt. Coopers has really been helpful througout this journey and making sure we were able to move in to the property in time. Lily has been extremely helpful and responsive when we decided to move to one of the advertised flats. The process starting from viewing the flat to signing the agreement took 2 days, which is by far the best service we got since we started renting. Many thanks to her! Edit: I regret giving this review before I actually moved in. Once the review was given, the agency stopped caring about anything saying how it's not their issue that the flat wasn't clean. We had to delay our moving date and pay extra money to rent the van we planned to use, to rent the space where we stored everything, to the point where it affected our moving so much we had issues paying the 2nd month rent. When this happened I got an extremely rude call from their agent saying they do not care about excuses when this was entirely due to them and the property not being ready to move in. :) So I guess in this case it was their business. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are themselves so full of excuses. Probably very easy to see in the next comment they will make here.

Exceptional, Proactive Estate Agent I highly recommend Coopers Estate Agent in particular Greg. Our property was previously listed with another agent for 7 months without a single offer. I then met up with 3 other agents and chose Coopers. Greg's many years of experience shone through and he raised key points that definitely helped the sale. I rent a property through Cooper's and have been extremely happy in my dealings with Janet Palmer in property management. She was able to get our couch cleaning booked, paid for by the landlord and cleaned within 2 days. She was extremely responsive, on the ball, and kept me up to date every step in the process. I really appreciated the help and support she provided me with. I have also dealt with Katie Robson on the lettings team who has also been very helpful and responsive every step of the way, even after move in. We just started a tenancy with coopers as the letting agent. Unfortunately not the best experience. Although staff were initially nice they did not provide accurate information on the property adding stress to the relocation. There were missing keys and misinformation which made it near impossible to move in after agreeing to the tenancy. The property was of a poor standard of cleanliness even though we were assured to enter a properly cleaned to a professional standard. Although followed up with the last point, no action has been taken. The landlord is separate to the agency and there is clearly no communication between them before or during the process of starting a tenancy . Overall a very poor experience where we felt disregarded for and of low value.
