Greg Mealing and his team at Coopers Uxbridge were outstanding when after 25 years we decided to sell our house. They were professional, reliable, and courteous. They made what was a massive change for us was made much easier by having Coopers on our side. Whenever we contacted them either by phone or e-mail, they were quick to respond, they listened and took on our comments. From our initial meeting with Greg through to completion he was with us every step of the way. Greg was available whenever we needed him, quick to respond to questions providing useful advice and recommendations while sharing his many years’ experience as an estate agent. He is both professional and friendly. We really did make a good choice using Greg and his team at Coopers for our sale. Thanks to coopers what could have been a stressful experience was made so much easier I highly recommend.PositiveQuality

I bought a 2 bedroom flat called the Dice in St andrew park development by St modwen homes. Coopers were involved as estate agent and Ryan from their team was involved. Ryan Pocock was exceptional in terms of responding to my requests and also allowed me multiple viewings on short notice. He was quite friendly to speak and easily approachable.

Coopers Residential Ltd not Tenant Focus

! Apologise for long reading but I think is worth it so other tenants won`t face the same experience. ! Just to share my last experience with Coopers , just wanna say that they are not tenants focus . Coopers try to squeeze as much as possible money from you. My tenancy was started on 20th of the month , but I wanted to pay my rent on the 1st of the month , therefore I paid the difference of the rent for 10 days so that my payment will be moved on the 1st . So far so good, when I left the house after 2 years, I gave my notice on the 5th of the month ( 1 month notice as per contract ) and to pay the difference 5 days on top to cover those 5 extra days. ( same when I paid the difference from 20th to 1st ). Guess what, they didn't agreed this and make me pay another full month as per " law " notice must be send with 1 day before the pay day which supposed to be on the 31st but guess what my contract was saying that was started on the 20th therefore my notice as per contract supposed to be before 20th isn't it , but even that way they said that is not valid as my payment day was 1st bla bla... I had a chat with other letting company about this and they strongly said that this is up to letting agency to decide , 99% they don`t do this as is unfair for the tenant to pay 1 extra month on empty house, but looks like for Coppers was not the case and i finished to pay almost 2 month for an empty house... because of those 5 days apart.... Also to mention if there was any issue they pass to the Landlord and when I was raising issue with Landlord he passed to the Coppers therefore is lack of streamline and responsibilities . They insisted that we need to hire a cleaning company (provided by them) to clean the house "professionally they said" and spend another £400 quid on them , but when I took the house at the beginning that "professionally cleaning was not very professionally" therefore i refuse that and done it by myself which was much better than their suggestions, another way to squeez money from you.The deposit again, Landlord said that is managed by Coopers and Coopers said that deposit is managed by Landlord , a lots of emails back and forward just to see who has my deposit, so guys can you decide who is managing the deposit ? Obviously got this back into my account after 3 months !!!Overall, my experience with Coopers has been extremely unsatisfactory. Their lack of Professionalism, poor management, and unjustified charges have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise against using their services and recommend exploring other options for a more reliable and trustworthy letting agency.

Avoid this agency

Avoid this agency. They are extremely unprofessional and show a serious lack of communication and care. We are still waiting for our deposit more than a month later. During this time, they failed to contact us and repeatedly told us to deal directly with the landlord, whom we had to chase extensively as he was ignoring us. The agency then advised us to raise a dispute with TDS, but when the landlord finally sent a confirmation email approving the deposit release, they claimed it was still not sufficient. Every time we call, we speak to a different agent and receive completely different information. The lack of internal communication within the office is shocking. Renting the property was just as frustrating. The agent failed to complete essential documents, and I even took a day off work expecting to receive the keys, only to discover he had forgotten to prepare the contract, request our documents, and complete the process. I had to resend the same documents multiple times because they clearly do not check their emails. Overall, a very stressful and poorly managed experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency.

I can only say I’m glad we did, Kayleigh valued our property and was an absolute pleasure to deal with as was Louie who undertook all the viewings, he was always professional & courteous and kept me informed daily on progress, I can’t recommend Louie/Coopers more! Words cannot express how thankful we are to have Coopers Residential, especially David Head to rent out our property. They are truly the best. I used Coopers to rent out my flat for the first time. When I met David for the first time, he was really personable and gave a lot of time on a Saturday to explain everything in an easy to understand way. We had trusted Coopers for many years and never had reason to question their integrity. That trust was shattered when our tenant requested a shorter renewal term. We were persuaded to sign a 12-month lease on the clear assurance that if the tenant left early, we would receive a refund for the unused period. Relying on those promises, we agreed.

Me and my partner was looking for a lovely studio flat to move within Uxbridge area, and we find some options from Coopers Lettings agency Uxbridge. I gave them a call and spoke to Michael who was very kind, and really helpful. He made up the view appointment for us, straight on the next day, and showed the property to us. Thereafter, he was also very helpful to manage to set up all the paperwork, and to get trough the procedure without any inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this agency to whoever want to find a good place and Michael as the person, who provides a help to you, from the first visit of the property, until the day of the key collection and maybe even after.

First of all a big thank you to Tom and Paige at Coopers for helping us find and purchase our first ever property. Tom was very patient with our queries and did the house viewing for us as many times we requested him to do.He was extremely thoughtful professional and fair.Once the offer was accepted Paige helped us navigate the home buying process .
