Although our first sale fell through, Cherelle was always there to help and move the situation onwards. She always kept meup to date with events, called us when she said she would and explained everything to me as the sale progressed. All members of Coopers were very respectful to my mother, (whose house it was) during the viewing period, ensuring it was convenient for her and not upsetting in any way. Why is it always Ben who’s the problem? From what I’ve read in the comments, he comes across as one of the most unprofessional and downright pathetic guys out there. Let me guess, you’re going to pull some BS excuse from your database, say you “can’t find anything,” and sweep this under the rug. But honestly, “Ben Lloyds” seems to be doing nothing more than lining Coopers’ pockets instead of giving a damn about the seller or the buyer. That’s probably why he’s still with you, because as long as he’s closing deals, you couldn’t care less about your customers.

We sold the house with them. The process was painful and full of regrets. We sold with them just because we found the house with other Coopers so they said it was the only way to secure the house. Otherwise our offer will not be accepted. Callum was the one who was dealing with it and kept lied during whole process . It took them long to put house on market compering to other agent , also is everyone involved what means nobody cares. Usually other agent advice you not to put house on market before Christmas but not Callum, they just want to get another house for sell no matter what. After agreeing on the sale we were inform over the phone and via email that the house we loved is not available because the seller pulled out and other lies but in true they never heard about our offer. We actually found them with the help of neighbours. Painful and disappointing experience for our family.
