Joshua Brown was our Sales Consultant , he was friendly , polite and so helpful, he kept us up to date with everything and went above and beyond to help us through a difficult sale process not due to anything Coopers did. Was a buyer, not seller and understood that Cooper's loyalty would be more on the seller's side. However, it was just brilliant dealing with Callum and his team, who remained fair, balanced and highly professional at all times. So much so and even knowing the slight conflict of interest, I even decided to use their recommended Conveyancer, Leadenhall Law Group, who were absolutely brilliant too. I'd highly recommend them and will def use them again myself, hopefully in the next few years when I sell up for a bigger property. Also to note, of all the local Estate Agents I reached out to (most within a stone's throw away from their WD branch) Cooper's were the only ones who responded quickly and accurately to my needs. We have just recently completed on our sale with Coopers. This is the 2nd time in the last 2yrs that I've used Coopers for the sale of a property & can not praise them enough. They are professional, experienced & have great communication skills. Ben was excellent in keeping us informed throughout the process & guided us through from start to finish, thank you Ben for getting us through to the end. We received regular updates & calls throughout & Ben was always prompt to respond to any queries we had. All the guys do a fantastic job & I can't praise their communication skills enough.
