After 5 other agents visits, I was surprisingly convinced Rico was the man for the job and Coopers the right agent, for the sale of our studio apartment. Why Rico? -the most professional, courteous, respectful agent you could meet, his advice was honest and realistic; his diligence and dedication throughout the process is a key factor in getting the sale through despite the challenges faced, especially with a tentative buyer/offer. Very proactive in chasing after solicitors and keeping the harmony between buyer and seller. This personal touch s likely to be absent if you go for the much cheaper online-only agents. Great work Rico, your success is very much earnt and deserved. Why Coopers? - Great reputation, professional coverage with incredible photos and videos that super enhance your property. Want to give a massive thumbs up to the staff of Coopers West Drayton and their professionalism. Rico for his knowledge of the housing market and the initial valuation of our home. I was so impressed I never sought an additional valuation and put the house on the market the very next day. Ryan and Callum were also very knowledgable and were great in carrying out the viewings of our home in this difficult time. The whole team were always there for us whether it be by phone or email, Callum especially having phone calls in the early evening when you would expect most estate agents to have knocked off and gone home. We agreed a sale within the first week and the completion was within 8 weeks.

I would strongly recommend Coopers - West Drayton to anyone selling or buying. They were quite professional in the way they handled the entire process - from viewing to final documentation they were handholding the entire process quite smoothly. I have exchanged emails on weekends and they were very quick in replying back and sorting out. Callum is very professional and throughout the whole process he has kept us in loop. Our sale has fallen out 3 times near to exchange time but he has not given up and tried the level best to get us a best offer Once a buyer with an acceptable offer was found, Callum dealt with all of the buyer’s queries and any concerns, and to ensure the sale went over the line to completion. We have been updated every week about the progress. Our sale would not have been possible without Coopers. We've just completed the sale of our flat with the help of the fantastic team at Coopers! We first met Rico during the first lockdown and he was so helpful even though we were trying to sell at a really difficult time. We ended up taking the flat off the market then decided to go with Coopers again when we put it back on. I'm really pleased that we did! Ryan was brilliant at communicating throughout our viewings, even texting us when he was finished the viewing so we would know when to come back. As we have two young children this was very helpful. When we sold the flat, Callum completed the sale and was excellent. We were recommended by a friend to use Coopers, we had never really dealt with estate agents so wasn't sure what to expect and this was our first move with a chain. We sold our flat really quickly with them at first. They arranged visits, were friendly and easy to talk to. If I was ever unsure of anything I always felt comfortable asking them. We mainly dealt with Rico and Callum. Everything was progressing nicely until the pandemic hit. We hit quite a few bumps in the road, unfortunately it fell through, no fault of Coopers. It was due a mix of things, mainly the pandemic. We lost our house that we were due to move into. It was horrendous for us. We had to pick ourselves up and were given multiple pep talks from Rico and the team! We had to start it all over again. The team were very supportive through out. I now understand why my friend recommended them and why I would too. We have now sold our flat.It has been a very stressful journey for us but to have Rico and the team on our side, has made it alot less stressful. They know what they are doing, they are professional, they updated us regularly, chased all parties involved. They have honestly been amazing. I would recommend everyone to use them. We haven't moved into our house yet, but Rico even said if we needed advice/help or support to please give him a call which means alot as he doesnt really need to offer that help. Coopers looked after the sale of our family home, Rico met me at the property and gave a good honest, speedy valuation of the property. Rico was very professional, friendly and efficient giving us faith in Coopers as a company . We were informed at every stage of appointments and given client feed back post appointment. Out of all the estate agents I looked at, Rico impressed me the most with his knowledge of the market and his confidence that he could sell my house in a reasonable time. Rico had a list of potential buyers in mind and he lived up to his confidence as a sale was agreed within a few weeks of being on the market. Callum kept me updated with the sale and kept chasing updates from further down the chain. The sale dragged on due to no fault of Coopers, only the incompetence of the solicitors at the bottom of the chain, however Callum did keep on chasing for updates in order to get the sale done especially as I had deadlines to meet in order to secure my purchase. In what was a very stressful purchase, Coopers and specifically Rico became a very valuable point of contact.
