We have just completed our property chain and could not have achieved it without the help from Rico and Callum at Coopers. In challenging market conditions, Coopers took over the sale of our flat after another local estate agent failed to find a buyer in 10 weeks - within a month they had found a suitable buyer. Rico is the upmost proffessional who communicates well, is proactive with chasing the property chain and is always on hand with to help with queries we had. Coopers’s estate agent are the best estate agents in Hayes. I highly recommend them to sellers who are looking for professional agents and want a quick sale. For my Sale I met with 3-5 different estate agents in Hayes Middlesex including Coopers, however I found Coopers better than all. I am glad that my decision to go for Coopers was absolutely right. My personal experience was with Callum Keane who is undoubtedly a skilled person. Callum is a wonderful, highly recommended and a very professional person. Avoid this agency

Avoid this agency. They are extremely unprofessional and show a serious lack of communication and care. We are still waiting for our deposit more than a month later. During this time, they failed to contact us and repeatedly told us to deal directly with the landlord, whom we had to chase extensively as he was ignoring us. The agency then advised us to raise a dispute with TDS, but when the landlord finally sent a confirmation email approving the deposit release, they claimed it was still not sufficient. Every time we call, we speak to a different agent and receive completely different information. The lack of internal communication within the office is shocking. Renting the property was just as frustrating. The agent failed to complete essential documents, and I even took a day off work expecting to receive the keys, only to discover he had forgotten to prepare the contract, request our documents, and complete the process. I had to resend the same documents multiple times because they clearly do not check their emails. Overall, a very stressful and poorly managed experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this agency.

We were persuaded to sign a 12-month lease on the clear assurance that if the tenant left early, we would receive a refund for the unused period. Relying on those promises, we agreed.

I am a very happy vendor and former landlord. I rented out my property in West Drayton for 4 years and have just sold it, using Coopers to both manage the tenancy and then sell it. Rico in particular has been instrumental in taking a lot of the stress away from me by being very proactive during the sale transaction. He often contacted the purchasers or their solicitors for updates which meant I didn’t have to ask my solicitor to do it. He was always polite, friendly and professional whilst also “being human” and understanding how a sale can be stressful. Seemed to often work late and wouldn’t leave the office until he had replied to his emails etc. Always kept me informed of any developments or even if there weren’t any he would tell me so I wasn’t left wondering what, if anything, was going on. Can’t recommend enough really. Also have to say that Callum stepped in whilst Rico was on holiday and was just as excellent as his colleague.

Truly professional and reliable estate agency. I have been dealing with Coopers West Drayton Branch for over 2 years and their service has been excellent. The branch manager (David) is extremely professional and has ensured that the service being provided is top quality. However, I would like to especially thank Callum Keane who managed the sale of my property. He is a true star. He maintained his composure throughout the process (both ups and downs) and proactively updated us on every significant stage. He also helped us a number of times (as we don't live close to the property) with meter readings, ensuring there were no issues with the property etc - which he really didn't need to do. He was also very methodical in his approach and ensured he communicated to us every time. I never once had to follow up with anything - and that says a lot. They found good quality tenants, organised repairs when needed and provided me with all the paperwork I needed to easily complete my tax returns.
