Russell and the staff were fantastic. At every point they were available for questions and swift with responses. It was a tough period as we purchased during lockdown but throughout Russell and the team were incredibly professional and helped us overcome our nerves with their friendly approach. Greg Mealing at Uxbridge is the best!! He found us a buyer for our property at our asking price. And despite covid throwing a spanner in the works at every stage of our sale Greg always had time to call and explain what was happening and why. He never complained about our numerous phone calls to him and was amazing at keeping us calm when we felt like giving up! Just brought through Cooper's and Abby has delt with us from start to finish. The communication has been fantastic nothing was too much trouble for her. Coopers always got back to us with any query we had.
